Nice little room. Good location in town. Loved the isolation—the backyard is a quiet and enjoyable space. I might like the price to come down a little, but the host provided nice amenities. I’d definitely stay here again. Perfect spot for a single traveler set up.

The property was extremely clean, John had many many extras. The location was extremely close to restaurants, location was in a quiet neighborhood that felt very safe. The shower was awesome, it had plenty of water pressure. We stayed two nights and the bed was comfortable as well.

Clean and cute. Loved the vibe of the host, property, and Willow was a bonus (dog next door). If I ever come to Phoenix again, I will definitely stay here. FYI, public transportation was right around the corner.

Safe quiet area but close to main roads for anything you may need. John is a super host and provided many amenities. Nice area to have coffee and watch the birds in the morning. Our stay was very pleasant. We look forward to visiting sometime again. Thank you John.

Room was immaculate and well-stocked. Great value. Small but just right for my wife and I celebrating our anniversary. Excellent location, close to many things in Phoenix. Quiet. Truly detached and air-gapped from main residence, with completely separate entrance. (Not totally obvious from pictures.) Great communication with host. Complete info about how to operate door, AC, TV, Wifi. Everything functioned perfectly. Dedicated off-street parking area for guest.The only tiny annoyance about parking here is that this entire neighborhood has high rounded curbs all the way down the street, even for entering/exiting driveway, which means it's hard to be smooth when driving in and out. Helps to exit a bit at an angle.Stellar experience. Would definitely stay here again.

The location and the outstanding reviews were the reasons I chose to stay here, and I am so glad I did.While the unit is a private room similar in concept to a hotel, it is far better than any hotel experience. The space is comfortable, thoughtfully prepared, and truly welcoming. The patio and yard are absolutely immaculate — I was in awe of how beautiful and well-maintained the property is.His fur baby was so quiet you wouldn’t even know there was a dog on the property.If you are in the area, this is a must-stay. John is extremely attentive to his guests, and his accommodations truly go above and beyond. Thank you again for allowing us to stay.

Great room with everything you need, plenty of privacy, and great access to public transportation to get you anywhere you need to go. Went everywhere from Downtown to Tempe and felt like I was in the middle of it all. Great place to stay!
