The entirety of the property besides a couple closets and cabinets that are marked and locked. The garage is available to use, just let me know if you want like to use it and I will get you details. It currently serves as extra storage for some maintenance items but there is still plenty of room to park your vehicle if you desire.

Inside you'll find all the space you need to host a large group for any occasion. This property has 5 bedrooms, equipped with a range of different beds from twin beds for the single sleepers, up to an Alaskan King sized bed! Every room is equipped with adjustable lighting, fans, and easily adjustable blinds to get as much natural lighting as you want and keep your stay comfortable.

For those that like to have a complete home away from home, this property has an open and fully stocked kitchen for all your culinary needs during your stay! Its location and bar style counters allow everyone in the kitchen to continue socializing with everyone in the dining room, living room, and game/sunroom.

Speaking of the sunroom, this house also boasts a sun room that is equipped with an array of party games including cup pong and darts! In addition to that, there is also a basketball for the hoop in the front driveway. This room is also equipped with a pullout couch for additional sleeping space.

Out back, our guests are able to enjoy the large backyard and patio with outdoor seating to take advantage of the great weather we enjoy in Arizona in the fall, winter, and spring. The outdoor enjoyment doesn't stop there however, as the pool offers a cool relief in the hot months! A perfect destination year round.
