That said, it’s important to provide additional context for future guests reading this review. Contrary to the impressions left here, your group departed the home in extremely poor condition. Following checkout, we were required to hire an additional cleaning crew, and the restoration process took over 11 hours. During post-stay inspection, we documented multiple broken chairs and stools, damaged picture frames, destroyed linens and towels that had to be discarded due to feces, and extensive debris and beer cans left throughout the home. While we understand that décor, furnishings, and layout preferences vary, these details are clearly outlined in our listing prior to booking. Our home is not a hotel—it is a budget-friendly, suburban family home designed to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests in a quiet neighborhood. It is not intended to be treated carelessly or damaged during a stay. Due to the condition in which the property was left, we left an accurate 1-star review for this reservation and would not recommend this guest or their party for future stays at ours or any property.
