Notre condo est meublé avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour une grande escapade à Scottsdale. Aventura est une grande communauté avec piscines, tennis, salle de gym et à distance de marche de grands restaurants et magasins. N'oubliez pas de regarder les photos car nous avons une cuisine et une salle de bain magnifiquement mises à jour et des sols en bambou dans le salon et la salle à manger.

Nous avons la TV HD, Netflix gratuit et Pandora disponibles.

Aventura est un complexe haut de gamme juste à côté de Shea Blvd et à une courte distance de l'autoroute 101. Il y a des magasins, des restaurants, du golf et tout ce que vous pouvez penser à une courte promenade ou en voiture.

Le complexe dispose de 3 piscines chauffées, 2 bains à remous, une grande installation d'entraînement, un club-house avec ordinateur, télévision et magnifique salle à manger. Vous êtes invités à utiliser cet espace pendant votre séjour.

Nous avons pensé à tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin dans la cuisine afin que vous puissiez cuisiner tous vos repas à la maison si vous le souhaitez.

La communauté a un minimum de 90 jours pour les réservations. Envoyez-nous un message ou appelez-nous si vous avez des questions. Nous avons un autre condo à proximité qui permettra des séjours plus courts.

Scottsdale condo

We enjoyed our winter stay in Scottsdale. The condo had all amenities that we needed. The furnishings could be updated, especially the bed and couch. Both were adequate but dated. This community was very quiet and neighbors were quite friendly. The location was near everything we needed, grocery stores, Planet fitness and hiking. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful winter getaway

We stayed at this condo for one month. The location was perfect for all the activities we did while in the Scottsdale area. We especially liked the pool/hot tub and pickle ball court at the complex. The unit was clean and meet our needs. An added treat was having the Golf Channel while we were there. Definitely would return.

Staying a month in Arizona

Our stay at Aventura Condos was wonderful. The condo was perfect for the two of us and was completely stocked with everything we needed during our stay, We spent a lot of time at the main pool where we met so many nice people. We walked in the mornings through a beautiful, nearby neighborhood. We felt very safe even walking through the condos in the evening because it was so well lit. We would definitely go back again.

the unit was located in a good area close to a number of things. Unfortunately they were redoing the roofs on the building and the buildings next to us for 2 weeks of our stay. Was impossible to just hang out on patio because of noise and dust. Kind of spendy for the environment the last 2 weeks.

My daughter and I had our first visit to Scottsdale and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Patti and Paul's place at Aventura. The condominium complex is very conveniently located and had easy access to everything we needed and wanted nearby including restaurants, grocery stores, and walking/running and biking paths. The unit itself is nicely located near the pool. You can see it from the balcony where we sat often enjoying a meal or drink. The pool and hot tub were great after a day of exercise. Very relaxing! It was very quiet both inside the unit and outside. We found everything we needed inside the unit with plenty of space to store your things especially with the huge walk in closet in the bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need for preparing meals, snacks, and drinks. We enjoyed the walking/running/ biking paths which are very easy to get to on foot. Old Town is very fun to visit. We walked in our first time which is about 9 miles. Used Lyft several times instead of driving our own car. Worked out great. Great restaurants in Old Town and on Thursday evening we attended the art walk which was very nice. We loved the restaurant Olive and Ivy in Old Town. Great outdoor patio with seats with cushions, fire pit and relaxing atmosphere. We also loved the mexican restaurant Barrio Queen. Great happy hour and they will make awesome guacamole right at your table. Across the street from the condo complex are some great restaurants as well. We loved Salt and Vine Italian. We didn't eat at Ling and Louies but heard from others that it was great Oh do check out Flower Child nearby. Awesome healthy food. Ate there several times. For grocery shopping we went to Sprouts which has a great selection of foods and wine etc. You must also check out Frys grocery store. Bigger than Sprouts and they have a beer and wine bar in the store just in case you need a little rest while shopping! We do not golf but walked by several golf courses while on our walks. Can't wait to go back to Scottsdale. Thanks Patti and Paul for giving us a great first visit to Scottsdale!!

Property needs some updating and cleaning

First off let me say this is our 4th March in Scottsdale and I would rate this condo as 3rd best. Patti and Paul are nice but I don't think this property is their first priority. Let me start by saying the previous year we stayed in the same complex and although using the word Luxury for this complex is stretch our stay the previous year was more pleasant. Unfortunately that property was booked for February and March this year so we choose another condo in the same complex thinking it would be similar and no we did not expect perfection. First impression once the door was open was a musty smell and then stark walls in the living/dining rooms and what looks to be an old towel as a table cloth on the dining room table, I don't expect fine linens but no table cloth and some place mats would have been much more appealing. The walls had barely a picture on them and in fact there were more picture holes than pictures. The t.v. while a flat screen and capable of a high def picture did not have a high def cable box so the picture quality was poor, in this day and age it should go without saying that when you turn on the t.v. you get a high def picture. The bedroom carpet was old and very dirty and in need of replacing let alone a good cleaning. The caulking around the bathroom tub was black and should have been removed, cleaned and replaced. I don't expect the JW Marriott for the price we paid and we pay that price because it is what we can afford as opposed to staying in a hotel, but I do expect to stay in a place where all the walls are clean, where the carpet is clean, where the caulking around the tub is not black and where the bed has a comfortable mattress not an old squeaky box spring. The kitchen sink leaked from the top where the faucet was attached and while Paul did respond to me quickly and I think may have even stopped by we said this could be fixed once we were gone. I can't believe no one else mentioned this as the first time I turned on the kitchen faucet it was leaking so I doubt very much this just happened, I blame the previous renters and the person who cleans the place for their lack of caring. The complex itself is fine, a nice pool, your feel safe, and renters and owners who are there are very nice to interact with, it was just a little disappointing to stay in a place that feels neglected. Like I said Patti and Paul were very nice to deal with but their place needs an overhaul.

Thank you for your feedback on our Aventura condo. First, I am sorry that you were disappointed with your stay. We take great pride in our rental property and it is in fact a very high priority of ours. Just a few days later we had a another guest stay with the same conditions and they had a very positive experience as you can see by their review. We are available 24 hrs a day, every day and did follow up with you as soon as you contacted us about the faucet. We offered to have it fixed right away and you asked that we wait until after your departure so that was what we did. Although there was certainly room for more art on the walls (which we have added since your stay) the walls were certainly not as stark as you have described. Our VRBO photos have always been up to date and accurate. The tablecloth was in fact a tablecloth - we also had cloth placemats in the kitchen for your use. We now have 2 new tablecloths, placemats and cloth napkins. The bedroom carpet was due for a clean and we do apologize for that. We will be replacing the bedroom floor in April 2017 with wood similar to the rest of the condo. Mattresses are of course a personal preference, but we have not found this one to be old and squeaky (we stay at the condo at least twice a year). If any of our future guests have any concerns please do contact us and we can provide specific details on any of these concerns of D&C. We have upgraded our cable service so that we have a larger selection of HD channels. I admit, we are not the JW Marriott .…. but I think you will agree with all of our other guests that our Aventura condo is a wonderful place to stay!

Perfect setting for our 5 weeks in the sunshine.

One thing to note on website. The condo is on the second floor so requires being able to do stairs. It was not a problem for us but may be for others.

Arizona condo comfort

My husband and I rented the condo for a week in Feb. We had a very comfortable stay! We went hiking most mornings, so it was handy to have a washer and dryer. The condo complex area was nice (lots of flowers and well maintained) and a good central location to trails, shopping and area activities. We also liked the well stocked kitchen with everything we needed to cook supper when we wanted to stay in for the evening. Patti was great to work with and very responsive when I had questions. We would definitely stay there again!

A great place to stay!!

It was the perfect getaway place for my teenage daughter and I. The location is great with plenty to do and awesome restaurants to choose from. The condo was clean and met all of our needs. I even opened the fridge to a few beers which I replaced for the next guest. Over all a wonderful time.

Squeaky bed, uncomfortable couch, old worn sheets

Old squeaky bed. Made noise every time you moved. Old worn, pilled sheets. New couch (used) was brought in during our stay but was very uncomfortable.

In response to the complaints on Feb 6th. We did not know about the bed as no one else complained. It was replaced the next week with a new box Spring which solved the problem. Found out The existing leather couch had a scratch on it so we did a quick fill in with a substitute couch while they were there Installed a new couch to replace the substitute the next week.

Very Lovely Condo!

My husband and I stayed here one week and really enjoyed it. The unit itself is very spacious, clean, quiet and nicely decorated. The pools were really warm and fun to use. I used the gym which was good. My husband said the barbecues were top notch and he used them almost every night. The unit also had many extra amenities such as coffee and supplies, spices, laundry and supplies, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed this condo and would absolutely recommend it and stay there again!

Lovely complex, nice unit

We appreciated that we could bring our two poodles and that we could rent for only 2 weeks. We liked the pool and the beautifully kept grounds. It was near the pool but very quiet. The neighbours are very nice helpful people who made us feel welcome. The unit kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and some spices and everything functioned as it should. Good proximity to restaurants and grocery shopping. Fry's is the grocery store I would recommend. We also enjoyed the food at Portillos but it is not fine dining.😊. We would recommend this unit to others.

Terrific Scottsdale Condo

Our first trip to Arizona, and it was lovely. Scottsdale is charming and Sedona is worth a day trip. Condo was clean and neat, with all we needed, very quiet, and a very comfortable bed. Great location, a mile from grocery shopping and Route 101. Would recommend totally! Recommend golf at Arizona Grand Resort and Rancho Manana, reasonably priced via golfnow.com, with nice desert views.

Great Scottsdale Condo

This condo was just as described. A very nice condo. All the necessities were there. Very clean. Right across the street from stores. Restaurants close by. Close to the Mayo Clinic, about 10 minutes, had several appointments at Mayo Clinic. Pet friendly, our dog really enjoyed it. Nice cold air conditioner. Would stay again.

Nice Scottsdale Rental

Good location, easy access to shops and restaurants, pet-friendly. Had a problem with the TV and owners responded immediately and had it fixed within the hour. Complex is very clean and well maintained. Condo is the same. Price was right compared to others. It has everything equipped that you need; small balcony as well with view of pool in the distance. Only suggestion might be to add a TV to the bedroom. Not a big deal. Good place; I'd stay there again.
