We’d love to clarify a few things to help future guests better understand what to expect. On parking: You’re absolutely right that we should have been clearer upfront. The Casita sits on a shared driveway with our second property, and yes, the marked spaces fit one large and one small vehicle comfortably. However, we genuinely welcome additional vehicles parked on the street in front. Our neighborhood is very safe and family friendly, and street parking is fully permitted by the city. We apologize if our suggestion felt uncomfortable. In the future, we’ll make this crystal clear in our listing and welcome message so guests know they have reliable overflow parking options right there. On towels: We actually provide 15 towels in multiple sizes (body, hand, face, and makeup removal) all located in the bathroom. We’re sorry you didn’t feel comfortable reaching out during your stay. Our team checks in with every guest to see what’s needed, but if you ever need more of anything, please just let us know. We’re local and respond fast. On sleeping arrangements: The Casita sleeps 7 with two full bedrooms, a spacious couch, and an air mattress. We’re glad the two bedrooms were comfortable. The setup works wonderfully for families and groups who use different spaces throughout the day and night. On the jacuzzi: This is actually a high end, eco-friendly, commercial-grade inflatable hot tub that runs year-round and is maintained and sanitized after every guest for health and safety. It’s a wonderful feature we’re proud to offer at no extra charge. We’re grateful you found a good place to rest, and we hope next time your focus can be on enjoying all the Casita has to offer.
