This single-level villa spans 60 sqm and comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. It features one bright double bedroom and a second cozy bedroom with a single bed, both equipped with air conditioning and large wardrobes. A fourth guest can be accommodated on the sofa in the living area, which easily converts into a comfortable bed. The neutral tones and earthy décor create a restful ambiance, ideal for winding down after a day of exploration.

The living area connects seamlessly with a fully equipped kitchen and dining space, designed for easy living. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a full dinner, you'll find all the essentials including a fridge, oven, stovetop, microwave, and dishwasher. A smart layout and natural light make this space both practical and welcoming.

The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and all essentials like towels, a hairdryer, and toiletries. The villa is equipped with a solar water heater, ensuring hot water with low energy consumption.

Tavronitis is a quiet coastal village located on the northern coast of Crete, just 20 km west of Chania. It’s ideal for guests who want to experience the relaxed side of Cretan life, away from the crowds but close enough to major sights. The beach, known for its peaceful atmosphere and pebbled shore, is just 1 km from the villa. It’s perfect for swimming or sunset strolls.

The area features all basic amenities within walking distance—supermarket (5 min walk), ATM (5 min walk), pharmacy (2 min walk), and traditional taverns, with Kaneba located right across the street. For fresh produce, small markets and bakeries are scattered throughout the village.

From Tavronitis, you can easily access national roadways, making excursions to Falassarna, Elafonisi, or Balos simple.

The local beach is just approximately 10 min of walking distance or a 2 min drive. The location is also convenient for day trips to Chania (20 km), Falassarna Beach (37 km), or the famous Balos Lagoon via Kissamos Port (only 20 km away). Chania Airport is 35 km away and Souda Port is 25 km. Kolymvari fish village, renowned for its fisherman port and exceptional fish taverns, is located 5 km from our home.
