A private, cozy, cottage-style guest house with a large fenced-in yard and view; nestled between the trees at the top of the hills overlooking the canyon. Located in a peaceful, safe, quiet, family-friendly community. Perfect for a place to relax and rest, focus on work, or both.

All new kitchen renovation, new appliances, bed and furniture. Thick memory foam mattress top, 100% cotton sheets & down bedding. Dining table is useful as a desk & standing desk.

Twin air mattress & bedding available. Large studio with walk-in closet, full kitchenette & full bathroom. Private entrance, large fenced-in backyard/patio area with a view.

Guests also have access to a small charcoal barbecue grill, additional tables, chairs, a pop-up shade structure, and a hammock w/stand.

Pets:
Pets are considered, not automatically allowed. They must be potty-trained and well behaved. No puppies. We generally don’t allow cats. Pets must be licensed and up-to-date on vaccines. Pets are not to be left alone at the property for extended periods of time. 1 pet per stay. There is a 30 lb mixed-breed dog that resides at the main house.

Laundry:
For an additional fee, we offer laundry services for provided linens/towels only. We also offer access to the washer/dryer in the garage for an additional fee and signed waiver. Connect with host to arrange. Handwashing is a great option with the sunny patio area & drying rack. There’s also a laundromat conveniently located across the main road.
