The host was very friendly and welcoming. The space was very clean and comfortable. The unit is in a very nice neighborhood and close to the beach with easy access to other parts of San Diego. We stayed 6 nights and would stay again!

This is a great little place. It was clean, comfortable and convenient for our stay. The wifi was very slow, and we weren’t able to stream anything at night, but that wasn’t a big deal. Perfect for a couple who is on the go while in San Diego. Pacific Beach is our favorite location with lots of food choices within walking distance. We will definitely come back to stay here!

Great cottage in the perfect location

This cottage was perfect for my wife and I. Great location which is close to downtown San Diego but also a very short drive to Torrey Pines. Clean and easy.

Perfect with beautiful patio

We enjoyed everything about our stay in this cute beach cottage. The only improvement we could suggest is to upgrade the mattress and pillows. We appreciated the cute decor, the comfortable couch and table, and the supplied dishware and coffee. The patio is absolutely gorgeous, especially with lighting at night.

Extremely good value.

Ample parking, very safe neighborhood in walking distance of Trader Joe's, the beach is just a bikeride straight down the street. However, above and beyond the owner clearly cares about the property. It may not be brand new, but it's immaculate and the bathroom looks like it was recently redone.

Beautiful Room

Everything was wonderful except the bed was rock hard with flat pillows. A nice feather mattress and pillows, (4)instead of two would have elevated the stay to luxury.

Lovely, clean property

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights as we were going to a wedding in La Jolla which is about 4 miles away. Exactly as described on website. Close to shops and restaurants. Host replied quickly and was super helpful when we got in touch. If I was being picky I would say there was no kettle for cups of tea however we just ran the coffee make through a few times and used that to heat water. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay at the Sea Star Cottage

I can't say enough good things about my stay at the Sea Star Cottage. The cottage itself is adorable. I felt so safe the entire time, it's cozy, comfy with an AC unit, bathroom is so clean. There's a fridge (perfect for storing my snacks I picked up throughout the day) and a microwave. It's behind a fence, so it feels secluded from the road and very safe. Jeff and Andi are great hosts. They let me drop my bags off a few hours before check-in behind the cottage, where they were secure. The location is excellent! Pacific Beach is such a cool neighborhood and exactly the San Diego vibes you'd imagine. The cottage is 10 blocks from the beach. Bring some comfy sneakers and you can walk to so many restaurants, bars, the beach, Mission Blvd, Garnet Ave. You can even walk to Mission Beach along the boardwalk. If you Uber/drive to other areas, everything feels just about 10-15 minutes away. Very easy and convenient location. I can't wait to return to San Diego and stay at the Sea Star Cottage again! Bonus: Bode the French bulldog is sooo cute!

We were gone most of the time with activities, but this was a perfect place to stay in the evening. Very Qwaint, clean and easy to get to.

Better than a hotel

A Gem in PB!

This cottage was the perfect spot for a month long stay

.ideal walkable location, cute, clean and well equipped for light housekeeping. The hosts were very attentive and accommodating. Great security, safe neighbourhood feel, and gorgeous patio/yard. Would definitely consider another stay. Thank you, Jeff and Andi!
