The condo was very clean and organized. The kitchen could use a few more pans and things to make things a little easier. I did this mention this to the host and was told they would plan to stock the kitchen with more things. The shared balcony was beautiful to be able to look out over downtown and the bay. The parking is a short block away and there was always a space so that was nice to not have to worry about street parking. People we ran into in the building were very friendly. We will definitely stay there again. The neighborhood is very dog friendly and there is a dog park two blocks away in Balboa Park so that was an added bonus and a very nice coffee shop a half a block away. We had a wonderful time. The host was very quick to answer whenever we had any questions so communication was very good thank you so much.

We had a very nice stay. Was as advertised and the roof deck was lovely with a great view! We walked around Balboa Park and to Little Italy several times. We would stay here again!

From the lobby to the condo, everything was clean and exactly as described. Beautiful condo with every amenity possible. We had a minor issue with the air conditioning, and the owner was very prompt and rectified it as soon as possible. ABSOLUTELY recommend this unit and will definitely be booking it again very soon. If possible, i would give the owner and the condo 6 stars!

Perfect for short getaway

As the title states, the location was great for a quick getaway trip with friends. We stayed for one night but wish we could’ve stayed for more as the apartment was very cozy and comfortable!

Awesome place

The host made then entire stay a breeze. From the check in process to the directions on where/how to park, everything was so simple. The location was perfect for us. It seemed like everywhere we wanted to go was within 10-20 mins(Petco, Coronado beach, Seaworld, Mission Beach, Sunset Cliffs, Little Italy, Zoo). Balboa Park is within walking distance, along with many different restaraunts. Would 100% stay here again.

Like home!

This property was in a fantastic location and had all the comfort of home. I loved that we could cook and eat in as well as be super close to dining if we wanted to go out. The washer and dryer was a big bonus for us. Parking was free and a very short walk. I liked that the parking was off street. Easy to catch public bus system but we chose to use Uber when we didn’t want to drive. Would highly recommend. We also liked to have a balcony to walk outside or have coffee outside in the morning. Rooftop lounge area was a gorgeous view and had lots of seating, gas grill, outdoor tv and gas firepit. It is a common area so some times others were using the area but plenty of room for multiple guests to use at the same time. Would rent here again-100%!

Clean and beautiful with a great location

Exactly as pictured!Beds were comfortable and apartment was clean. Rooftop area is a wonderul bonus.Check in and check out process was easy.Clear communication and follow through from owner.Location is nice area that is close to many attractions. After a day of sightseeing it was nice to come back to a clean quiet place.Being so close to the airport means you will hear planes. Parking was a little tricky for an out of towner but owner kindly sent an image showing the lot. Would happily stay again.

Fabulous Rental/Great Location

We chose this home for it's proximity to Little Italy/Gaslamp Qtr. While it is near, it was not exactly a short walking distance but nothing a quick Uber/Lyft couldn't accommodate! The rental was beautiful, crispy clean with super comfortable beds. The in-unit washer/dryer is very convenient and for the coffee drinkers in our group, the coffee bar was much appreciated! We hardly knew were near the airport flight path. The building access made us feel very safe. Also, although we didn't get a chance to visit, Balboa park IS withing walking distance just 1 block away. Parking is available, just notify the host, or try your luck with overnight parking at metered spots, just remember to move you car in the morning! Overall, a fantastic stay and we would love to come back again!
