- The property requires an incidental/damage deposit of USD 100/night/unit on the credit/debit card provided. The deposit is required for EACH UNIT and if there are no charges or damage, is refunded IN FULL upon check-out.

- Early check-in is subject to availability upon arrival.

- To check-in, bring your valid government-issued photo ID or passport to the front desk in the lobby. The minimum age required to check-in is 18 years old.

- The maximum number of days you can book per reservation is only 28.

- Upon arrival, a mandatory resort fee of US$42.75/night/per unit will be collected, this is not included in the daily rate.

PARKING
Valet parking is available for USD 45 plus tax, per night, per vehicle. Self-parking is also offered onsite at a rate of USD 34 plus tax, per night, per vehicle.

PET POLICY
Pets are allowed for an extra charge of USD 150/stay/suite plus tax (1 per room up to 50 lbs)

- Up to one (1) pet, cat or dog only, per suite.
- Pet and pet owners are encouraged to stay in our “pet friendly” assigned suites. (Please inform the Reservations Department of your intention to bring a pet at the time of booking).
- Pet must not weigh more than 50 pounds.
- Pet must be current on all veterinarian recommended vaccinations and you agree to obtain and provide a current record, should Caribe Royale request the information.
- A one-time, non-refundable Pet Cleaning Fee of $150 plus 12.5% tax will be charged to your suite.
- Should there be any damage to the suite, including soiled/stained furniture, additional charges will apply, at the hotel’s discretion.
- All guests must register their mobile phone with the front desk upon check-in and must be available to the hotel team at all times. Hotel will provide a Pet Door Hanger which must be hung on the exterior of their suite when leaving their pet unattended.
- Pet must be kept in an appropriate crate while Housekeeping services the suite. If pet is not secured in the crate, the suite will not be serviced for the day.
- Pets are not allowed in pool, restaurant or fitness center areas.
- Pet must be leashed or restrained while walking around the hotel in designated areas pursuant to Florida Leash law.
- Guests are responsible for pet waste clean-up inside the hotel and at the designated “pet relief” area. A waste can and plastic bags are provided in the relief area.
- If a pet’s behavior results in complaints by other guests, the owner may be asked to board the pet at an off-property kennel at owner’s expense.
- Guests are responsible for all personal injuries/and or property damage related to their pet.
- Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Caribe Royale Orlando, the hotel, its operators and owners and their respective affiliates from all liability and/or damage suffered as a result of their pet.
- Emotional support pets do not constitute “work or tasks” under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and are subject to the pet policies and fees listed above.
- Registered Service Animals are not subject to these pet policies or fees. Registered Service Animals are allowed wherever the owner is in need of assistance.
