HOMELAYOUT:

Living room, Kitchen, and Dining room + Bedroom 1, 2, & 3 are on the main floor with 2 full bathrooms. The laundry room, mudroom and game room are also on the main floor.

Up the spiral stairway, is bedroom #4 and a half bathroom.

* Home does not have good cell service but there is fast Starlink Wifi at the home.

*If you need anything, please contact us through the Vrbo messaging system. This keeps an accurate record of our conversation and is easily accessible by an account representative in the event of an issue. We are available during the hours of 8am-10pm EST.

*This home has weekly lawn and/or pool maintenance so please be advised that someone will enter the property at times for these purposes.

You will find a welcome book upon arrival. It will be filled with information about the property as well as tourist attractions, recommended restaurants/cafes, emergency numbers and more.

The house was very clean loved the big kitchen and dining area. Every morning had cardinals, blue jays, and other birds come around.

The house was very clean. I had trouble turning the AC on and the host was extremely responsive and helpful. House was family friendly with toys and books for kids and games for adults.

The house and rooms were clean and the kitchen was well equipped but dark. (the kitchen overhead light does not work) The air conditioning was not working in the middle bedroom, and there were not any screens for the windows. They did supply a portable air conditioner that was okay enough. We were glad it was not hot or humid during the week. We did not use the hot tub because there was scum around the top edges (but the water was clear, as per the host) The grass was high when we got there, and they did not mow until we left in a week. So it was very high, and we could not use the yard at all. No excuse for that in my opinion, as the weather was nice all week.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you found the home clean and the kitchen well equipped. When the AC issue was brought to our attention, we promptly provided portable units to ensure your comfort while we worked toward a resolution. Regarding the hot tub, our cleaning team documented it with photos prior to your arrival showing it was cleaned and ready for use. We’re not sure how a small amount of buildup accumulated around the edge of the water several days into your stay, but the water itself remained clear and balanced. We appreciate your comments regarding the lawn and will continue to stay on top of maintenance scheduling to ensure the best guest experience.
