E1 Spacious Studios, Fantastic Sea, Beach, Sunrise and Sunset View, HIgh Floor
This property is close to the beach, on a high floor and faces the beach and the sea with scenic views of sunrise and sunset. It is close to the airport (about 20 minutes walk), close to Ocean Village (about 15 minutes walk), close to Main Street (about 20 minutes walk). The place is equipped with wifi, kitchen, washing machine, iron, tea, coffee and sugar, kettle, toaster, microwave and more. There is a Fresco restaurant on the ground floor serving great food and drinks. There is also a Spa and gym in the basement (not free). Is a great relaxing place, quite and peaceful. The studio is large enough for one or two people sharing. There is a small balcony where you can sit outside and look at the beach and sea.
The studio contains a washing machine, iron, ironing board, microwave, cooker, plates, utensils, hair dryer - essential items required for short and long term rental.
There are many studios in E1, but this should be one of the better ones as it is on a high floor (away from the busy road) and the studios also face the beach and sea. One guest who has stayed in my studio and a different studio in August 2025 commented that she preferred mine due to the higher floor and the views.
This Gibraltar apartment boasts 1 inviting bedroom. With amenities like WiFi, TV, a washing machine and dryer, small balcony, guests can enjoy a comfortable stay. The marvellous decor and cosy atmosphere make this space perfect for a relaxing getaway. This is a self-catering place so will come equipped with cooking items, plates and utensils. Feel free to reach out to us during your stay - we're happy to suggest local spots to check out. Great for relaxing, peaceful but you can also work here too.
If you are fortunate to book Friday to Sunday, there is free parking from 3.30pm to Sunday midnight at the MOT Test Centre between E1 and the beach (just behind the small roundabout). Otherwise you will need speak to concierge about paid parking with E1 during the weekdays.

I was born in the UK. I have these two E1 studios next door to each other ideal for guests to come and stay here due to its convenient location. I hope I can offer a personal touch (even if remotely). I have been renting properties for over 20 years but wanted to also add in short lets for the properties in Gibraltar. I am also a Superhost on Airbnb with a current rating of 5 out of 5
Voici pourquoi lâhĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement
Is a great location, close to the beach, sea, great views of the beach and sea, its close to the airport, Ocean Village, Main Street, supermarkets, shops. It is also on a high floor so is away from the noise of the main road and traffic.
Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique
Great views of Sea and Beach, High Floor (so fairly quiet), close to everything within 20-25 minutes walk. It is also on a high floor and away from the traffic and noise. You can also walk round Gibraltar from here along the east coast if you are happy to go through the "death tunnel". Also we have a nice Freska restaurant downstairs for breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks between 8am and 10pm daily. We do have a Spa and gym and swimming pool in the basement but guests need to pay for this. There is also a gym across the road and to the right by the corner too.
