The space:

Upon entering the property, you walk into a living room with vaulted ceilings, and an opening into the loft on the second floor, which is used as a reading nook.

The office space is the first room located at the top of the stairs.

Bedrooms:

Downstairs bedroom:
King bed, dresser, two closets, and opens into the downstairs full bathroom.

Upstairs bedrooms:

One Queen Bed with dresser and closet.

One Bunk room with Twin bed on top and Full bed on bottom. Contains drawer storage and two closets.

Should you need room for more than 6 guests, we have a kind sized air-mattress on site to accommodate additional guests. An additional fee will apply.

Guest access
We will send you access information 24 hours before arrival.
The front door is equipped with an electronic touchpad deadbolt for your convenience and safety. We will provide you with a code prior to arrival. We also have a Ring doorbell that has a camera sensor and a speaker for you to communicate with us upon arrival, if necessary.


Other things to note:

We supply all our guests with some initial start-up supplies, however it is up to the guest to purchase additional supplies needed.

We also provide some beach towels, chairs, and beach toys.

**The garage is used for storage, laundry, gym equipment, and is unavailable for parking. There is ample space in the driveway for vehicles.**

**The fireplace is inoperable. No fires of any kind are allowed on or in the property.**


While you enjoy the area, please note that this is a military community. Occasionally, training exercises and low-flying aircraft may create some noise. This happens infrequently, but we want to ensure you're aware. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

A friendly reminder that in the Florida Panhandle, bears are a natural part of the environment. We occasionally see them in the neighborhood. While they typically mind their own business, we encourage you to remain vigilant and secure trash bins. Additional information regarding trash will be onsite.
