A spacious primary suite with dual vanities, a large walk-in shower, and spa-like bath area, and separate laundry room complete the main floor.

The third floor has a queen bedroom with private full bath, a double-twin bedroom with shared full bath and a huge open rooftop deck overlooking Lake Burton and the mountains of NE Rabun County. On the way to the fourth floor is a bar and sitting room surrounded by windows with mountain and lake views and bathed in morning sun.

Up the stairs to the top floor are 4 bunks with bunk lights and USB outlets. This fourth floor includes a full bath and an unfurnished bedroom with available twin folding air mattress.

The home is located in a newly developed private, gated community that is walking distance to LaPrade’s Marina. Every detail of the neighborhood fosters connection with both nature and community. Bordering the Chattahoochee National Forest, the property has private trout fishing on Wildcat Creek, three stocked ponds, and more than five miles of trails, including one trail that is literally steps away just beyond the beautiful gravel patio. Community amenities include the lakefront Burton Boathouse, pool, spa, fire pit and direct access to the Marina.

Within the neighborhood is the Creekside “Smokehouse” Rec Area. It sports Ping Pong, Ladder Golf, Corn Hole, Darts, seating, lights and fans. Just outside are hammocks swinging next to our own babbling Waterfall Creek.

Across from our gated entrance is The Boathouse, Burton Community’s own club. Please note we are a new neighborhood and during your stay some houses will be under construction. All owners and guests are asked to keep away from construction areas for safety. Construction will take place between 8am-5pm M-F only.

Security cameras are located at the neighborhood entrance, the Burton Lake Club and on exterior front doors.

Noise monitors are located outside that monitor acceptable sounds levels in order to maintain our serene and natural neighborhood setting.

Park only in designated areas. The Burton lake Club and LaPrade`s Marina are within walking distance.

Public areas/ammenities such as walking trails, The Waterfall Creek Pavillion, The Burton Club and Marina and green spaces and firepits are available to all guests. Please keep all areas clean and pack out all trash.

Extinguish fire pits before leaving them and kindly replenish the firewood rack next to the fire pit.
