Points forts : Propreté, arrivée et emplacement.
Great location, great pool and easy to get in and out with the lockbox. Couches were ripped, mattresses were very uncomfortable, and the AC didn't work or get fixed when we reported it on the second day which made sleeping not easy. The electricity went out several times. They did come fix a hot water issue which was nice. Overall a good place to stay and the area is very safe.

This villa was perfect for us. We had 12 people stay at the villa and all the communication with the host was very smooth and all the instructions was answered. 2 days before we had all the instructions on check in and where the keys would be. Once we go there there was plenty of room for all of us. Some of the air conditioning on the wall weren’t working but they did leave us some fans to cool the rooms. The best thing was having a pool at our convenience day and night. I would definitely recommend this villa for a large group of people who wanted to stay close to old town and beaches. Getting to the center where the clubs and bars where was 3-5 mins drive on uber and around 15 mins walk Thanks for accommodating us again

This is a lovely villa in an excellent location. However whilst 7 bedrooms were clean and spacious the 8th bedroom was small and gloomy and off the kitchen??The lounge area was dark with a tiny TV and old broken furniture nothing like the picture on website! But the worst thing was the electrics which blew all the time we couldn’t cook anything our first morning took 2 hours to cook bacon and toaster couldn’t be used with kettle so we ate out every day.Pool area was great and our request for more sunbeds delivered immediately. This property is in need of repair and renovation some TLC would make it excellent and do justice to its potential Our family of 17 had a fabulous time but I wouldn’t book again til problems are addressed

Clean and well presented villa. Ideal for large groups of people. Shops nearby but we used uber 3-4 everywhere you need locally. Well within walking distance to most places we did walk a few times from the strip and old town was an uber. Booking process was excellent and we were in contact with host. Really highly rated and would certainly return again

Perfect location

The villa was really well presented, loafs of space, pool was amazing. But the location of the villa was literally perfect, short distance between the old town and the strip, close to the beaches, cannot fault it!

Jim was so helpful and quick to reply to queries! The photos do not do the villa justice and was perfect for our big group of 19, with spare beds available. Great location. Hopefully we will be back :) thanks Jim for a great stay
