We will provide you with a self-check-in code 48 hours prior to your check-in date.

Guest will not have access to the garage or the vault room inside the master bedroom‬
‭ One dock box at the dock will be locked and no access.

We are always available to answer any questions just let us know and we would be glad to assist.

No unauthorized guests then those listed upon booking, should you wish to have another guest visit it must be communicated with the host and pre-approved.

- Parking at the front of the house and mid-way down there is a side driveway. Please keep vehicles and‬
‭ trailers off of the grass. No at the road

- No parties allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

- No smoking

- We have a minimum age requirement of 23 years old to be able to book the property.

Pool Heater & Propane Usage Policy

For your comfort, the pool is equipped with a propane pool heater. Please review the following guidelines carefully:
• The pool heater is available for guest use and may be turned on as needed.
• To prevent unnecessary propane consumption, please turn the heater off when the pool is not actively in use.
• The heater is designed to warm the pool gradually. Extended run times may be required to reach the desired temperature, especially during cooler weather.

Propane Allowance:
• Your stay includes an allowance of up to 100 gallons of propane for pool heating.
• Any propane usage in excess of 100 gallons during your stay will be billed to the guest at the prevailing market rate.
• Excess usage charges will be documented and requested through the Airbnb Resolution Center after checkout.

Important Notes:
• Running the heater continuously or overnight can significantly increase propane consumption.
• Weather conditions, ambient temperatures, and wind can impact heating efficiency and propane usage.
• Please notify us immediately if you believe the heater is not operating properly.

By using the pool heater, guests acknowledge and agree to this propane usage policy.

This property was exceptional. The back yard is like your own private resort with many different areas to enjoy. The views from the infinity pool over looking the water are spectacular. The drive from the private gate to the home is breathtaking and lined with lit palms. The home has 12' to 14' ceilings throughout. Rooms are very spread out and allow everyone to have their own space. I can not say enough positive about this property to properly describe it. The owners were attentive and kept us updated the entire stay and were always available if we needed anything. Truly a wonder trip.
