Within the condo, you will find it warm and inviting. Warm by the gas fireplace in winter or on cool summer days. For those hot summer days, we have a central A/C mini split in the living room only. The residence flows perfectly from the main level with an open concept living room, dining area and kitchen. There is a main-level master suite as well. A large deck with back backyard is located just off the living room. The residence includes stainless steel appliances, vaulted ceilings, granite counters and a gas fireplace. The living room has a large flat screen TV with apps for streaming. The queen and king bedrooms have TVs as well. Wifi is provided. Mr. Coffee style coffee maker.

The first bedroom is a queen bed just off the living room with a TV. No closet in this bedroom. There are two bedrooms upstairs. One has a full over twin bunk bed. The other has a king bed with a TV. Each floor has a full bathroom. There is a pullout sleeper sofa in the living room as well for additional guests.

The townhome is located in beautiful Columbia Falls and is centrally located. 15 minutes to the airport, 30 minutes to Glacier National Park, 30 minutes to Whitefish Mountain Ski Resort and 10 minutes downtown Columbia Falls.

We have a 60-day cancellation policy. More than 60 days notice, full refund minus $100 administrative fee. Less than 60 days, no refunds.
