The signer of the rental agreement for this HappiTravels rental must occupy one of the rental units for entire duration of the reservation.
Any guests or visitors who have parties can result in HIGH CITY FINES OF $2000 or more of which signer of the rental agreement will be responsible for.
$50 per day/night charge for any visitors not listed on the rental agreement and/or exceeding a maximum capacity of 12 guests at the ocean view property,12 guests at the Beach Retreat property, 14 guests at Surf View, and 10 guests at Dolphin Sanctuary including any daytime or evening visitors. Additional guest fee to be paid prior to arrival.
Security Cameras are on the exterior of the properties.

Service animals:
Hosts are allowed to ask the following about a guest’s need for a service animal:
