La maison de plage par excellence! Sur un tronçon serein de la péninsule de Balboa mais à quelques minutes en vélo du Ferry, de Fun Zone, du Wedge, du canal de Newport, de la jetée et des restaurants! Cette maison offre un total de cinq chambres et trois bains et demi. Le niveau principal comprend un beau salon et une cheminée, une salle à manger, une cuisine et un grand patio privé adjacent au trottoir avec un accès direct à la plage! Il y a aussi un garage pour deux voitures pour le stationnement.

Les vélos sont fournis et il y a un cadenas pour chaque vélo.
Les invités seront responsables pour les vélos et il y aura un 350 $. 00 frais de remplacement pour tout vélo manquant.

Everything in and about the property was as advertised. The place was wonderful and had everything. Just perfect for our family and our Newport events. We walked to everything. What we couldn’t we biked. It made for a wonderful trip. We have recommended to others, and will ask to stay here again. The host was incredible, even personally helped us with the booking with VRBO so everything was as advertised.

The beach view at this house is stunning, along with the sunsets. House was very clean and well stocked for all your beach adventures. We used the beach chairs, bikes, sand buckets, football, volleyball and beach towels. It was an easy walk to Balboa for restaurants and the ferry to Balboa Island. I highly recommend this house and will be back with my family of ten!

We had a wonderful stay…. This is a beautiful home and was perfect for 14 of us. So many amenities from sand toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, BBQ, beach cruisers, beach towels for all! The kitchen is the nicest VRBO I have been to! Pat has been an awesome host!

A perfect stay!

Location, location, location!! Pat has a beautiful place right on the ocean. The place is very well-maintained and has absolutely everything. We were a family of 14 and were accommodated with everything we needed from beach towels, regular towels, bikes, beach, chairs, toys… There wasn’t one thing missing! Thank you for letting us stay at your wonderful place.

We stayed in the house over Labor Day weekend. Everything was awesome. The house is clean, very well organized. We were 13 people and there is plenty of space for everyone. Location is convenient right on the sand, 5 minutes walk to Balboa pier and 30 minutes walk to Newport Pier. Owner is very responsive. He even add chairs for us when we asked. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay!

This house is the BEST! Clean, plenty of room and included everything you need for a stay at the beach right down to sand toys for the kiddos. Pat was a wonderful host who checked in with us periodically to make sure we were well taken care of. Our family enjoyed our stay and hated to leave!!!

Oceanfront Heaven

Location is the key factor and you won’t find anything else on the oceanfront with the sand in front of you and people watching in full force! All the creature comforts are provided in this house from ample towels to luxury linens. With a fully stocked kitchen and board games galore as well. We will be back!!!!!

Absolutely lovely!

Absolutely lovely! Despite the fact that California had pouring rain during our Thanksgiving, we had a wonderful time staying indoors in this lovely property.. Very well appointed, clean, and spacious. Excellent location and easy walking to the center of town for restaurants and shopping. Would absolutely stay here again!

Absolutely STUNNING property! Location, Location, Location this is the place! Family time taken to a whole new level enjoying this property. Premium Property, Premium Stay

Fabulous beach-front house and completely equipped with lots of space. We had 3 generations of family, ranging from 6 to 81 and house had great gathering rooms as well as private quiet areas. Perfectly located on Balboa Peninsula with many nearby options but a very quiet home inside. Older, well maintained home with lots of character and well decorated!
