Townhouse was clean, but could use a freshen-up. Smoke detector died during our visit. Location is kind of off in the woods, and could be difficult to find. Entry road needs maintenance. Conversly, we did enjoy our stay, very close to Dollywood (could hear the train whistle), and we would consider again.

Great location 5 minutes from Dollywood, nice unit. Pool is a short walk. The only reason we're giving 4 stars is there wasn't even salt and pepper in the kitchen and the hot water faucet was broken in the shower. We had five people showring in the same bathroom. Otherwise it was a nice, clean unit. The owners were very responsive with the hot water issue.

Very comfortable condo just a few minutes away from Dollywood. The location was perfect-it was close to all the fun but tucked away so you felt like you were in a quiet spot in the mountains. The hosts were very quick to respond to all of our questions and even sent a doormat via Instacart when torrential rains waterlogged the existing mat, and we were worried about tracking mud in.

Had ants in deck door that got onto kitchen countertop. Bedrooms did not have nightlights and did not have clocks. Kitchen and bathrooms had small counter space. No ice maker in fridge and no fans in upstairs bathrooms. Small bedroom ceiling fan was squeaky. Beds were comfortable and abundant towels and kitchen well stocked with necessary items to use but need oven mits. Toilet ran in master bath (tricky latch) and propane not enough for all shared grills

Everything that was stated at the time of booking was provided and the communication with the owner was amazing. No matter what time or day no question left unanswered and any dmall issues resolved in a very fast manner. The place was beautiful placed with a gorgeous view and a clean place. It felt like a second home and we would recommend everyone this place as it has everything you need and more. Pet friendly and quiet close to town and all 3 major locations in the area are in reach in just minutes. Kitchen had everything and more qhat you need and made you feel like home. We will be back for sure.

The unit was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything stocked we needed. We had a nice supply of towels. Bed linen was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again due to good location. Both bedrooms are upstairs.

Listing also mentioned hot tub and fireplace, we couldn’t find the hot tub and our unit had a decorative nonfunctional fireplace. Perfect “home base”

This property was the perfect home base for our family while we were in town for a dance competition. Clean, close to everything, and plenty of room! Communication with the property manager was quick! We would definitely consider this property again in the future.

The place was older than it appeared In the pictures where you book. The mattress made a lot of noise when you slept on them guessing due to a plastic covering on them. In the one bedroom with two beds there was no hot water in the shower it stayed cool downstairs but was warm at night upstairs.

I had to cancel due to unexpected circumstances, cancelled 5 days before arrival, while Expedia did the right thing and refund what they could, the host charged me for cleaning and maintenance and taxes on a rental I did not use. I will never rent this place ever again, stay away, just a warning, the owner will take your money, even if you cancel in enough time. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE BNB OWNER, BUT A THUMBS UP TO EXPEDIA FOR DOING WHAT THEY COULD TO MAKE IT RIGHT. Very disappointed in the owners treatment of a customer, don't rent this place.

HORRIBLE! VERY DISAPPOINTING. DO NOT BOOK UNTILL YOU READ THIS…. 1st off , THE BEDS ARE SO OLD . The beds need to be replaced. All beds in the house was VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, ; you also couldnt even sit on the bed without it making noises. All of our backs hurt from these old beds. If you need privacy the doors in rooms/bathrooms DONT lock. The w/d was VERY LOUD when washing. HOT WATER DOES NOT LAST FOR A SHOWER! There was also MOLD in the showers. And the doors was falling apart. WHEN WE ARRIVED OUR TOILET WAS IN THE TUB! AND MADE A CONSTANT RUNNING NOISE THE WHOLE TIME! Maintenance came to fix it after we already arrived as there was a work order for it I assume? But wasnt fixed and the toilet constantly made a nosie. Never stopped.There was bugs in the house ; not sure of the kinds but wasn’t roaches or BB; but bugs was present. The cooking Utensils needs replacing, they were old and falling apart. The pool claims to be heated, but it wasnt warm at all; There was to much chlorine in the pool; extremely cloudy and strong fumes.Our neighbors told us they arrived to someone else ALREADY BEING IN THERE UNIT FOR ANOTHER 2 days!!!! Having to book elsewhere without compensation! Ridiculous!!! I would never recommend to book this place and definitely wont be returning! UNFORTUNATELY.

One day before arrival I received a message from the host requesting a selfie and a selfie with my drivers license in order to receive check in information. I’ve never had to do this for a vrbo stay before, but I obliged anyway. After doing so, I never received check in information. After we began our three hour trip to the area, I messaged the host asking for check in information several times during the drive but never heard back until we were ten minutes away. During that time, I tried to call a number provided by vrbo and there was no answer. Vrbo’s customer support was also unhelpful. All messages I received from the host from this point seemed to be automated messages. Essentially, I felt ghosted by the host. The actual home was fine- plenty of towels, well stocked kitchen, etc. The location was great for getting to things inPigeon Forge. However, I would not use this host again due to their extremely poor communication skills.
