In our opinion, The Villa gives guests a superb holiday experience providing an enchanting place to relax and is just one in a handful of Kalkan properties to boast a sunbathing area with direct access to the sea. The Villa is situated in a quiet part of Kalamar Bay over on the west side and provides its guests with a tranquil slice of paradise.
The property is part of a 7 villa development which share a beach club style split level sunbathing area by the shore. Each property has its own designated area with ample sun loungers. There are shared steps that go down into the sea.

The master bedroom features a super King size bed facing large sliding patio doors that open out onto the pool terrace allowing guests to enjoy the unmissable views right from the moment they wake up. The bedroom also benefits from an ensuite bathroom and a free standing feature bathtub situated in the room for maximum relaxation.
The open-plan living area offers plenty of space and includes an equipped kitchen, lounge area, flat screen TV and indoor dining area it creating a great space for cooking, dining and relaxing.
Outside
The captivating outdoor space creates the perfect atmosphere for enjoying your holiday, with a private pool, comfortable seating area, cushioned sunbeds and an al-fresco dining area. Or why not make the most of the platforms with direct sea access for a day of swimming and snorkelling, or just an additional place to sunbathe and soak up the sun.
The property is part of a development along with 6 other Water's Edge properties which lend themselves well to accommodating larger groups in any combination of the villas and all 7 can be booked together (subject to availability) if required.
