Incredible Villa 2 min walk from the amazing beach club Zest. Arif our host couldn’t have been more helpful even when we locked ourselves out. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend.

Fantastic villa with great views across the bay. The villa comfortably accommodated our party of 10 (ranging from 11 years old to 83 years old). The raised area with the small pool was a superb suntrap and there were places to find shade too. Air conditioning in every room was very welcome in the August heat. The sunsets from the villa were absolutely breathtaking!Arif was super helpful before we arrived and arranged refills of the water cooler on request (at a small charge) but it saved us from having to carry heavy bottles of water.Zest Beachclub is literally a 1 minute walk down the hill and worth visiting. Tip: book early if you want to reserve the sunloungers of your choice.Taxis to / from Kalkan cost about 250tl (about 4) although you can walk it in 10/15 minutes.Only word of caution is that the villa is on a steep hill, which was a challenge for the oldest member of our group. Some of the charming cobbled streets of Kalkan are also steep so bear this in mind for anyone with mobility concerns.Overall, loved this villa. Loved Kalkan.Thank you Arif!

Lovely luxury villa - wonderful views

We were met at the property and given a guided tour even though it was late at night. The villa was well appointed, clean and spacious, and the very large bedroom all had sea views. We had everything we needed for a large family holiday. The pool and pool area was a great place to hang out and was maintained every day by the friendly pool man. It's a short walk to the beach clubs and not much further to the pretty town of Kalkan. Communication with the owner was great and the one very minor issue we had was resolved very quickly indeed. All in all we had a great time.

Spectacular Villa and view! I stayed with my 3 adult children, their partners and my 5 grandchildren varying in age from 1-5 from 28 June 2026 to 8 July 2026. The Pool man who came daily was wonderful. My grandchildren and I looked forward to his daily visit and his Turkish lessons! The cleaner was amazing and changed our linen during our stay. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here.

Impressive

The villa it self was beautiful it Ticked all the boxes in terms of rooms swimming pool views etc , however for a party of 12 the house itself was big enough but the pool got a little crowded. I had a wheelchair person with me and was told that there was only a few steps however when I arrived at the villa there was around 15 steps which was a struggle to get up on a daily basis.. the villa was equipped well with a cold water dispenser which was topped up by the owner which is a great touch .the views were amazing and I would recommend this villa for the more able and adventurous family's as the steep hills were a challage daily .Would I go again yes I would however I would not take the wheelchair person with me .. is there room for improvement? Yes there is there could be a lift out in or A slope for a wheelchair or even to get a car upto the front door .. overall I was really pleased with the villa ..👍🏽

Wonderful property amazing views

This was an amazing villa which lived up to every expectation. There was a great attention to detail and without doubt it had the "Wow" factor. The Stunning sea views and incredible sunsets will forever stay in my mind. Nothing was too much trouble for the owner and the staff from the beginning of our booking to the end of our exceptional holiday. I look forward to returning on my next holiday to the beautiful little town of Kalkan.
