The location is beautiful. The bay on one side and the wildlife sanctuary right across the street. The location is a quiet and relaxing location. Great location everything is a quick 5-10 drive.

This home is well located. It has a beautiful view of the lake. Unfortunately, the home is very dirty- the kitchen wasn’t professionally cleaned beforehand. The microwave had encrusted food throughout, coffee keurig had old water and was dirty, refrigerator/freezer were also very dirty, stove top and oven were both dirty as well. Target children’s plastic dinnerware is only provided. Plastic dinnerware was also encrusted with old food. I found bugs on the second floor bedroom next to floor bunk beds and a dead rodent under the bed in a downstairs bedroom. The home is older and does have a smell to it. WiFi is also a bit glitchy. I would not recommend this home to anyone.

We take cleanliness and guest experience very seriously, which is why we have Pelican Bay House professionally cleaned and inspected prior to every stay. We were surprised by this guest’s concerns, as they are out of line from other guests’ experiences, and were only shared with us late in the evening before checkout after a multi-day stay. Had we been notified at check-in—or at any point earlier—we would have immediately sent our professional cleaning team over to address anything that did not meet expectations. It’s also worth noting that the photos provided appear to reflect the condition of the home after several days of occupancy, rather than at arrival. We always encourage guests to reach out right away if anything is not satisfactory so we can make it right in real time. Regarding house details: we provide a mix of durable, family-friendly dishware that is suitable for use both indoors and outdoors, and we regularly refresh kitchen items as needed. The home is also part of a natural lakeside environment, and while we take preventative measures, occasional encounters with insects can happen in that setting. Finally, our listing and pricing are based on the number of registered guests, and we ask all guests to be accurate in their booking details so we can best prepare the home for their stay. We are proud to have maintained consistent 10/10 reviews from many guests who have enjoyed clean, comfortable stays here, and we remain committed to providing a great experience for everyone who visits.

What A View!

Communication with the host was great from the start! Everything pictured is accurate. The pictures did not do the view justice. Location was perfect to enjoy Greenbay! For prospective families: Bring binoculars to enjoy the wildlife and bay from the back porch! The park is right across the street! Yard is perfect for whatever yard games you can bring! Bring a basketball because you can see the basketball court from the front porch.
