THINGS TO KNOW:
-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial booking request
-When booking for 30+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater
-When booking for 30+ nights, an additional utility fee of $500/month will be applicable and outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking
-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented, equal to the cleaning fee upon booking
-When booking for 30+ nights, and if your stay includes 1 or more pets, a non-refundable pet fee of $155 per pet per month will be required to be paid on top of your initial booking value.
-Please note the pet fee in your booking is 'per pet'. If you're booking more than 1 pet, the additional pet fee of $155 (plus tax) will be required to be paid after booking.
-If your grand total is over $10k, additional security deposit will be required to be paid after booking to equal 10% of your grand total.
