This view is unmatched! Property is clean and well kept. We traveled as a family with our two teenage children, we were extremely comfortable with plenty of space. The kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep, although we ended up eating out quite a bit as there were so many great restaurants around the area. We enjoyed peaceful nights by the fire pit most of all.

A fun getaway with the girlfriends!

I had a wonderful time getting away from LA with some friends, and it was the perfect combination of quiet, relaxing, and beautiful, with some fun bars and a beautiful vineyards nearby too! The beds were very comfortable, everything was clean, and the hot tub was such a plus! Definitely recommend for anyone wanting a fun, relaxing getaway.

What an amazing property!

We rented this property for one week while we were doing some work in the area. It had absolutely everything that we needed and an amazing view. The property was exactly as described & extremely clean. If we come back for work and Ventura again, we will definitely be booking this property. Book with confidence!

Hilltop house

Amazing view! Short drive to the beach, downtown is walkable just remember they call it hilltop for a reason.

New year with a view

Stayed for three nights and it was AMAZING! The view alone is worth the price of admission. Great patio with fire table overlooking the ocean. The rooms were nice and comfortable. I loved the kitchen and entertainment area it was a great place to play games while we ran in the new year.

Fun stay

The stay over all was a great time. The only issues were that the power did come off a few times in different rooms and we did needed to go turn it on from the breaker and the hand soap was empty when we got to the property. Besides that the stay was nice and we were able to still enjoy ourselves and the surrounding environment.

Awesome Sunsets

My family had a wonderful time at a great facility. Views were incredible. However, the locks didn't work or either door, there was no laundry soap to do the sheets as asked or dish soap to do the dishes as asked when checking out. We called for help but no products were brought to us. TV is streaming services only. You need to sign in to your personal service. Would be go back again - absolutely!! (with dish soap and laundry soap.)

View, view, view!!

On our first walk up the hill leading to the house (and then the stairs) we questioned ourselves for choosing this house
and then we sat on the deck and were flabbergasted by the view. I never wanted to leave. We watched the sun, through the glass-railing, glistening off the ocean as boats passed. We saw the chill pace of Ventura as the day unfolded and we were mesmerized in the evening as we enjoyed a cocktail and watched the city lights come on as the sun dipped into the ocean. We would come back just for this deck and view! Another feature we enjoyed was the wall of glass doors that slid completely open to the deck. The ease of just stepping into the living room/kitchen from the deck made for quick trips for snacks and beverages. All bedrooms were comfy and opened to a small hallway w clean adequate bathroom and a much appreciated washer and dryer. There was ample free parking on the street, so we didn’t use the designated parking spot. We are very active people and walked everywhere. Beach, breweries, Grant Park, restaurants, etc. this location was chosen because we wanted everything to be walking distance and it certainly was! The hill coming back is a killer
BUT that view!! 100% worth it!

The house is beautiful And the view is amazing. however it has some problems. the microwave door has a sticker on it that says it occasionally pops a breaker if you're using another device at the same time. we did not have that problem however every time I tried to use the Keurig it popped a breaker that took out three plugs above the countertop. The website says It sleeps 6 and it does however there's only seating for 5 in the living room. There is rust in the kitchen sink The Hood Lite does not work there are no scrub brushes in the kitchen. Could not lock the exterior door to the master bedroom. The instructions that were left On the counter said there were heaters in the closets. there were none. there was no hair dryer. I have rented from VRBO approximately 20 to 30 over the years since the 90s. sometimes two or three times a year. This is the first time I have seen Vacasa as a manager. It is for all practical purposes a computer program. They are not responsive and they don't seem to care. Contacting them Before the trip is a lot like trying to contact the gas company It's almost impossible, from now on when I am booking a rental and I see their name I won't look any further I'll just go on to the next one. when we finally got someone on the phone they were in some other state I think. they had no idea where we were until we explained it. The manager sould be familiar with the unit.

We did not stay at a National park.We stayed in Ventura at a wonderful house for 2 nights. Our stay was exceptional. The house was beautiful, with all amenities you could ask for, including a beautiful patio with fire pit, another patio with a hot tub. Beautiful spectacular views with the whole front glass sliders fan folding out to the views. The house came fully equipped, beds and linens very luxurious. Because we were on a hill, the many steps to the house could be a deterrent for some, but well worth the views in the daytime and sunsets at night. This place exceeded our expectations! I would definitely stay here again, any season would be well worth it.
