Welcome to Commodore 502, a Gulf-front retreat on the quiet East End of Panama City Beach. Set within walking distance of popular dining, marinas, St. Andrews State Park, golfing, and Schooners beachfront restaurant, this location places the best of PCB just moments away.

Positioned directly on the “World’s Most Beautiful Beaches,” the resort features a seasonally heated pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, basketball court, shuffleboard, cornhole, grilling pavilion, picnic tables, and a cozy fire pit. Direct beach access leads to sugar-white sand, chair and umbrella rentals, jet ski rentals, volleyball, and endless shoreline activities.

This 1-bedroom, 2-bath condo accommodates up to 4 guests. The fully equipped kitchen opens to a bright dining and living area with a sleeper sofa and Smart TV. The bedroom offers a comfortable King bed, Smart TV, and private en-suite bath. A second full bathroom with a tub/shower combo adds convenience. The spacious balcony delivers breathtaking sunrise and sunset views over the Gulf.

New Pickleball Court On-Site! Guests can now enjoy a brand-new pickleball court, ideal for morning matches or evening games after a day at the beach. A fun and active amenity for all ages.

On-Site Management, Personally Inspected, On-Site Team

Guests enjoy high-speed internet, quality linens, bath and kitchen towels, and a starter supply of essentials.

We had a great time. The weather was perfect and the ocean was clear.Not very crowded. We didn't have to wait at the restaurants but we did go earlier.

Perfect place for a getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo provided everything that we needed. Very clean and cozy. The property is safe and kept up. This property is on the quieter side of PCB which is a plus.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Both bathroom sinks look like they were original. They look like they were 50 years old, the faucets looked original also. At least four of the cups and dishes from the kitchen cabinet were dirty. It was disgusting. Coffee stains on the cups and dishes with food on them that were in the cabinet.
