There is no shortage of fun things in Waynesville, North Carolina. From waterfall hiking and cycling to fishing and more, Waynesville is a true outdoor enthusiast's paradise. Two of the most popular attractions in Waynesville are Cataloochee Valley and the Blue Ridge Parkway, which offer breathtaking views of the Great Smoky Mountains.
Waynesville is also home to various family-friendly activities, including horseback riding, golf, nature tours, museums, theaters, shopping, and a handful of events and festivals celebrating its unique heritage. Or sit back in a rocking chair, sip some sweet tea, and enjoy the fresh mountain air.

As you get close to the property, you have to take a right on to Tanner Trail from Jonathan Creek road. This right is not that obvious when its dark, but there is a big rock sign that is light up at night that says 'The Preserve at Jonathan Creek'. So you have to take a right on to Tanner Trail at that sign.

Weâve thoughtfully designed this home as a private retreat for comfort, connection, and memorable time together. To ensure a seamless and relaxing stay for you and our neighbors, please note:
â§ Driving Conditions: The mountain roads and driveway are slightly steep and curved. All-wheel drive (AWD) is recommended, especially during snow or icy conditions.
â§ Occupancy & Visitors
Local guidelines allow up to 13 overnight guests, with up to 10 additional daytime visitors (maximum 23 people total on the property during daytime).
â§ Parking
The property comfortably accommodates up to 6 vehicles.
â§ Pre-Arrival Details
Prior to arrival, guests complete a short rental agreement, ID verification, and damage protection selection. This helps us prepare everything beautifully for your stay.
â§ A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $600 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $200 for the whole stay, which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
