Check in would have been a breeze, but there was confusion about how many rooms I was to be given. The hotel staff was very polite, but had no record that I had purchased two rooms, as the listing stated. I provided the info, sharing the listing as well as the conversation thread between RoomPicks and myself. RoomPicks stated in the conversation the listing was correct and transparent; the purchase was for two rooms, either next door to each other or very near. I have spoken with RoomPicks and Vrbo about the matter and it is still being researched. The property was superb-a beautiful hotel, perfect location and amazingly wonderful and courteous helpful staff. There is a microwave, excellent coffee maker, refrigerator and sink. Every day two bottles of water were delivered during cleaning, which was excellent. There was an ice machine very close by, the “kitchen” included a corkscrew and wine glasses also-so thoughtful.Beds and pillows extremely comfy! Thank you for putting six pillows of different varieties on each bed. I’ve traveled all over the world and have never had six pillows! I especially loved the down pillows. Very nice touch!The hot tub is really big and so nice. We met really nice people there also.
