We want you to enjoy your stay — please help us keep the home in great condition for all guests. Violations may result in removal without refund and additional charges:
$500 per unauthorized pet or for every 4 hrs of late checkout
$150/person/day for extra guests over the booking limit
$100+ for smoke/odor removal, fines, moved/missing items, damages, stains, extra cleaning, or tampering with safety/pool equipment
$500+ for septic pumping due to flushing anything other than toilet paper
All properties operate on septic, please only flush toilet paper.
