As you enter, you're welcomed by a bright and spacious open-plan living area with soaring ceilings and sliding glass doors that frame a stunning view of the backyard oasis. The living room is designed for comfort and conversationâcurl up on the plush teal sofa, catch a movie on the flat-screen TV, or gather around the dining table with your favorite people for dinner and laughs.
The chefâs kitchen is a dream. Light pours in through oversized windows, bouncing off white cabinetry and sleek quartz countertops. Stainless steel appliances, a large center island, and thoughtful touches make it easy to cook up anything from a simple breakfast to a gourmet feast.

For property security reasons, there are surveillance cameras installed outside.
3 security cameras in the property:1 located in the front, 1 located in the side, 1 located in the back yard.
All of them are recording 24/7 for security purposes. There are no indoor cameras.
The spa is not pre-heated prior to arrival, but you can turn it on anytime during your stay.
This property has special local compliance requirements, including a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a $1,500 security hold (not a traditional deposit, just a pending transaction).
As an alternative, you may choose a non-refundable damage waiver through a third-party insurance provider:

For safety reasons, we ask our guests to send a copy of their Government-issued ID and sign our propertyâs rental agreement through VRBO before their check-in.

By accepting this rental through VRBO, you are agreeing to be responsible for supervising and assuring safe use of pool and spa for your guests. You are releasing owner for any liability of claims and agree to hold owner harmless from any damages (personal injury or otherwise) to you, your guests or any third party.
You recognize and understand that a Swimming Pool and Spa involve certain risks. Those risks include, but are not limited to, the risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the equipment used in the pool and injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area.
