Seaside Paradise at Sebastian Shores

Relax by the ocean in our comfortable three-bedroom two-bath Vacation Home. Retire at the end of the day after strolling on our private Beaches to our hot tub.

The Space:
This home is located on the south side of Gold Beach near iconic Kissing Rock and is one of the units in the exclusive Sebastian Shores. Enjoy the quiet, quaint atmosphere of this private community, just minutes from everything in Gold Beach. This charming, picturesque beach town has much to offer guests.
Relax by the ocean in our comfortable 3-bedroom 2 bath Vacation Home.
The kitchen has a stainless-steel sink, a propane stove, tile countertops, microwave oven, dishwasher, and appliances a chef wants. There are three highchairs for quick eating purposes. A delightful, enclosed porch allows for formal seating arrangement for those chefs created meals. The bedrooms are comfortable with queen-sized beds and have televisions for those wanting to stay in bed and watch movies or even the news.

Enjoy a very cozy short walk across the street to the beach.
Some neighboring homes are privately owned and may have pets. Potential for noise The vacation home is in an exclusive housing Development. Guests must climb stairs It has one flight of stairs to second level

Guest Access:
There is very limited parking. Room for 1 car in the garage and 1 outside.

The Neighborhood:
The beach path is a one-minute or so walk from the front door. Enjoy paddle boarding/kayaking on Hunter's Creek or beachcomb to your heart's content.
All Guests must access the beach from the marked trail at the North end of the development for safety.

Please make note there is now no longer a working fireplace. We have had nothing but issues with the fireplace that we have so we no longer use it. It is in the photos because it is located right underneath the television but it is not a working fireplace.
Internet/Cell Phone Coverage/Utilities WiFi is usually reliable, but may be impacted by coastal weather. Most cell providers have strong reception, but occasional service interruptions can occur due to the remote location.
