Beautiful house! Probably the best stocked house we have found for towels and other items. Hot tub is very nice. Great location right on the beach. Definitely worth staying here.

The place was great, we really liked having a bathroom with each bedroom, and one upstairs.The BBQ needed to be cleaned, we didn't use the hot tub and loved the view of the ocean.

Fantastic location and ocean view was amazing. The house was perfect for the three couples in our group. The house was thoughtfully decorated and well stocked with kitchen supplies, soaps, shampoo, body wash and conditioner in all of the baths and showers. Plenty of towels for bathing, the hot tub and the beach. Having laundry options on both floors was a bonus and it’s the only VRBO I’ve ever stayed in that provided more than one roll of paper towels!! Our host was attentive and the exit process was simple and clear. We loved it and look forward to staying again in the future.

Family beach getaway

Our multi generation family spent a lovely weekend in Gold Beach and enjoyed all the house had to offer! The house had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable.

We traveled to Gold Beach with my recently widowed mom. It was a perfect location to watch the water and walk on the beach. Easy beach access and the view was epic! The hot tub was great but maybe can use a new lock, since the padlock is pretty rusty (the result of being directly adjacent to the ocean). A well-equipped kitchen made it easy for a few nights of grilling/eating in (Gold Beach is lovely but is a pretty sleepy town without a ton of options for dining much past 8 pm).Our biggest "complaint" was the furniture - it was not really made for people who are vertically challenged and it may be due for an update (and the beds could use a nice new thick mattress or gel pad)But really, those are pretty minor complaints. we would definitely go back and recommend to others

Relaxing Retreat!!

What a great place to stay!! The house is set up with everything you need, in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of space to spread out and relax. Beautiful ocean view and beach for exploring. You will love it! We will definitely be staying again!

Amazing home for any occasion

The home was clean and comfy. Wonderful beds, clean hard wood floors, 2 laundry rooms, THE WORKS! And the views of the ocean and stars were grand. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your wonderful home!

Late May Family Vacation for 5

We loved our stay here. The easy access to the beach was definitely our favorite part. The house was well-stocked with everything we needed including tupperware and baggies so we could store our leftovers and beach towels. I did have to handwash some dishes on checkout day as we were only provided with 2 dishwasher tablets but other than that we had everything we needed. The beds and couches were comfortable. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The house is better than expected ! In fact, It is Awesome! The host has thought of everything! Here are just a few of the highlights:The house is very clean! The beds and the living room furniture are very comfortable. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is a great feature. Plus, the downstairs bedrooms enjoy beachfront views and beach access. We loved falling asleep to the sounds of the waves! The weather was cool but mostly sunny so we enjoyed hanging out on the upper deck on the comfortable Adirondack chairs! There is a nice bbq provided that we used to cook a lovely steak dinner. And we really appreciated how well stocked the kitchen is! Cooking was a joy! Let’s not forget to mention the awesome view! Pictures don’t do it justice! Beach access is just a few houses down,( a very short walk. ) We all loved our stay!

Gold Beach vacation

The house and surroundings were excellent and in great condition. The beach view is great from either the upper balcony or lower patio. We grilled steaks and baked shrimp our first night for my brothers birthday, all good. The photos imply direct beach access from the back of the house, but the access is actually at the end of the row of houses. Easy to walk to. Great to have the garage available for parking. The beaches are clean and firm, good for walking and running. Great ocean sunsets from the balcony!! Great home and area and we will consider a return stay if coming back to this area!

Perfect family retreat

We arrived after dark so we heard the waves, but couldn’t see them. The next morning we had a wonderful view. The house was perfect! There were games to play, books. Located in a small town where everyone was so friendly. We were able to see several sea lions, some were just curious another one stole our fish(the biggest one). When we did have a question, we got immediate answers. We are recommending this area and house to friends.

Comfortable Home, Great Location

This home is very comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen, comfy furniture and plenty of space for 2 couples to spend time together. We appreciated being so close to the ocean, opening the windows and doors to enjoy the sound of the surf. Cape Sebastian was a great place to hike, through the tree tunnels and using the fixed rope to get down to the beach. We also rode our bikes on old Hwy 1 for a nice loop, and enjoyed the cool weather. The fish shop in Gold Beach had a fresh haul of halibut, so we took some home for supper, cooking it up in that great kitchen. Delicious!

Perfect location right on the Beach. House was everything we hoped for; very clean and well maintained. Beverly, the Host, checked with us upon arrival to ask if there was anything we needed. I will definitely book this House for any future Southern Oregon Beach trips.
