Welcome to Evelyn! Located in Richmond’s favorite Southside neighborhood: Forest Hill. Come relax in its serenity and escape the hustle and bustle of downtown Richmond. You’ll find everything you need in this green oasis, including expansive parks, charming locally-owned restaurants and coffee shops, and close proximity to walking paths and river access points.

The space:
This brand-new construction 600 square foot one-bedroom apartment with an open floor plan comes complete with a queen size bed and a restful queen-size pull out sofa. Each apartment is equipped with free, high-speed Wi-Fi, a full assortment of bath products, hybrid Leesa mattresses, and a rainfall shower head in a specially designed tiled shower. Your kitchen comes fully equipped with pots, pans, cooking utensils, bakeware, and any dish you need. Enjoy 50-inch smart TVs in the bedroom and living room. A fully stocked coffee bar with a filter coffee maker will keep you energized and ready for your Forest Hill adventures. Apartment options in the building include ground floor or elevator accessible units on the second and third floors.

Great neighborhood for access to downtown Richmond as well as southern suburbs. There is a park for walks and a trail that runs along the river close by that we took advantage of on a couple of days. We loved our stay at Evelyn!

Kings Dominion trip

The property was great. We visited Kings Dominion all day and had family in Richmond. So perfect location. We also had opportunity to enjoy the local restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was just as described! Would definitely stay again!

Memorial Day weekend Stay

Everything about this rental was amazing, easy, great location, great balcony outside space, the communication with the owner, was nothing less than amazing and the rental was absolutely immaculate, beautiful, clean! My words cannot express what a great time we had, my daughter lives and works in Richmond so we love Lil Nickel restaurant and it was right across the street, and we went to one the few dive bars left in Richmond "The Locker Room" which is only 2 blocks away, walking distance and had such a great time!! I truly and honestly recommend this vacation rental and will be coming back for sure. Thank you so so much Emily, you've been amazing!!
