This spacious 700 square foot one-bedroom with a modern, open floorplan, comes complete with a Queen bed and restful pull-out sleeper sofa. Relax with free, high-speed WiFi, full assortment of bath products, plush top mattress and modern tiled rainfall showerhead. Your kitchen comes loaded with all pots, pans, cooking utensils and every dish you'll need. Relax on your private balcony overlooking the charm of our historic neighborhood, enjoy two 40-inch HD Smart TV's, & fully stocked coffee bar to keep you going when you're "on the go."

Clean, modern, well-equipped in Church Hill

This unit is basically a new one-bedroom second-floor apartment. The kitchen is well-equipped. Security is great (must enter the locked courtyard before the front door). The location is great for Church Hill; otherwise you will have a short drive to downtown Richmond.

Perfect location

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment. It was a perfect space for my husband and our baby. Plenty of space for the 3 of us, and everything was perfectly clean. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee and enjoying the view. The neighborhood is also fantastic! Lots of little shops and restaurants within walking distance. We visit Richmond regularly and think this might be our home away from home from now on.

Long Weekend

This location is wonderful. You can walk to many restaurants and other activities. The apartment is wonderful, so clean, spacious. The inner courtyard is very relaxing. Thank you for providing a home away from home.

Great Location

This is our second time renting in the Eileen. It’s in a great location and a block from my brother and his new baby. Place is spotless. We love it here and will use it again.

Beautiful condo!

My daughter and I absolutely loved this adorable condo. Easy check-in (codes, not cards or keys). We had been staying in hotels while visiting colleges. It was so nice to spread out in a condo. We walked to dinner (neighborhood pizza place), stopped for ice cream at a local place, and went to a great coffee shop in the morning. All were within walking distance. The condo is lovely, as pictured. I am not familiar with Richmond, so I do not know much about the neighborhood. But there are cute local places nearby. I would absolutely stay again!

Beautiful 1BR apartment in Church Hill!

The property was ideally located near restaurants, coffee shops and a local market and in a very walkable neighborhood. It was beautifully furnished and very up-to-date. I have family in the area and will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location and Ammenities

I came to RVA to enjoy the Irish Festival with long time friends. I was impressed with the interior of the residence and really appreciated the bottle of complimentary wine. (Thanks!) The bed and shower accomodations were incredible. The pillows were like soft puffy clouds and the shower was like a waterfall. It was very close (same building) as the Ice Cream shop and just feet away from Pizza Bones. Great fun! I really enjoyed my stay.
