Welcome to this vibrant culture and community of the Coachella Valley. Our listing is right in the middle of it all, between downtown Palm Springs and Indian Wells. Within minutes, multiple excellent restaurants, tennis, golf, pickleball, theatre, Acusure arena, biking, hiking, swimming multiple casinos and within a short drive, Joshua Tree, shopping outlet, off road dirt biking, camping, Big Bear.
Located within a gated community of 62 homes, youâre close to hiking, biking, arts, music and sporting activities. With 3 cozy bedrooms including a king bed, queen bed, and sofa bed, this beautiful property offers a comfortable stay for guests. Fully remodeled kitchen with every cooking resource available to you. Gas oven, wine cooler (a necessity), separate dining room, private office, fireplaces, kitchen nook. Children and pets welcome. Onsite, you have access to a four block grass lawn for off-lease dog runs. If you like barbecue, Green Egg and a gas grill are at your disposal. Large televisions in each room, including the outside patio and garage! Backyard has pool for swimming and hot tub for relaxation. Covered patios, both front and back yard and a huge gazebo overlooking the pool. Multiple egg hanging hammocks located around the pool. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Cathedral City and our house has to offer. Full pool and hot tub with access through main house or master bedroom. Doggie door with side grassed lawn for your four legged family member to take care of business. Large office space containing sleeper bed. Two fireplaces, one in the master bedroom. Close to cathedral city tennis and golf club which is open to the public. Bikes provided with multiple trails nearby. Indian Wells golf center 7 miles away. Downtown Palm Springs just 5 miles away. Gated community with massive dog run. Gas credit of $300 per month, amount exceeding $300 per month is renterâs responsibility. If you want to join the local gym, less than a mile away, weâll reimburse you $25 per month.

James and I (Iâm Stefon) moved from Seattle to escape the rain and cloudy skies. On a whim, we sold our Ballard house and moved to the valley with our three toy Australian shepherds. (All brothers). Once settled we easily made friends and now call the Coachella Valley home.

We chose our home because we were in the middle of downtown Palm Springs and Indian Wells/Palm Desert. Since both areas are about five miles away, location is perfect.

We have lots of outdoor space and indoor space. All the resources to live comfortably, cooking, grilling swimming, hot tub, biking, hiking, tennis, pickleball all with five minutes.
