UNREGISTERED GUESTS AND EVENTS POLICY:
- Violations will result in $5,000 fine and immediate termination of stay without refund.
- Property is for registered guests only. No parties, events, or additional visitors are allowed without written approval before check in.
NOISE POLICY:
- 9:30PM to 7AM quiet hours. No outside amplified music during this time. 65dBA noise level strictly enforced.
- Violations will result and fines up to $5,000 and immediate termination of stay without refund.

Early Check In & Late Check Out:
- Subject to availability, can only be confirmed 24hrs in advance of your check in/out.
- 1pm check in $149, 10am check in $298.

Pool, Spa, Sauna:
- Spa & sauna heating included with all bookings.
- Pool heat additional fee:
Summer $399 flat fee (May through September)
Winter $799+ flat fee (October through April, subject to weather inquire to confirm)
Includes heating for up to three days. Request after booking to confirm adding for your stay.

Pets:
- $399 flat fee.
- Please include pets in booking details. Maximum two medium size dogs.

Events:
- Inquire with your event details.

EV Charging:
- Tesla wall charger (standard Tesla NACS plug). Open to all EV`s. Tesla charging account needed (pay per use charging).
