Get ready to relax in this beachfront 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in Fort Myers Beach. Take the stairs or the elevator to this 2nd floor corner unit. The condo features a screened lanai and a balcony; both offer panoramic views of the Gulf. The master bedroom features direct access to the lanai via a sliding glass door. If you're not ready to get out of bed, you can still enjoy the fantastic view from the comfort of your queen bed or watch Directv, Netflix or Prime video on the master bedroom television. The master bathroom includes a walk-in shower, lighted makeup mirror, hair dryer and curling iron. The open concept living room and dining room ensures you have an unobstructed view of the Gulf. Relax on the sleeper sofa or step out onto the lanai, breath in the salty air, listen to the crashing waves or watch the dolphins play and hunt. A variety of birds call the beach their home and you have a front row seat. The kitchen includes a Ninja 5 in 1 grill air fryer, stocked spice carousel, seafood cracker tool set, coffee bean grinder and flex brew coffee pot. The guest bedroom has two full sized beds, spacious closet and television. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. If you enjoy fishing, you can use one of the four supplied fishing poles. Catch your own bait with the cast net and store them in the aerated bait bucket, use the sand flea rack or head to the nearest bait shop. You never know what you will catch: bonnethead shark, stingray, sawfish, snook, catfish. Fish on the beach or use the private pier across the street. If you are feeling adventurous, you can use the inflatable kayak or paddle board and explore the shallow shoreline or the calmer waters of the bay. Perhaps you prefer to search for shells. Use one of the onsite shell bags because you are bound to find more than you can carry in your hand alone. After fishing or shell hunting, cool off in one of the two outdoor pools. The condo has wifi and a wifi/bluetooth printer if you can't quite escape from work and need to print out some last-minute proposals. You will feel right at home **It should be noted there is currently ongoing construction on the Big Carlos Pass Bridge next to the condominium. During regular working hours you might notice an increase in construction activity. The anticipated completion date is summer 2026.
