Wesley Heights is a historical neighborhood on the west side of the uptown Charlotte. From craftsman bungalows to modern lofts, the area is known for its tree line streets and friendly neighborhood vibe. Frazier Park, walkable greenways, and sidewalks allow for plenty of access to the outdoors while still in the city. A blend of historical charm and urban convenience.

The Space: The main living area is on the SECOND floor which allows a common gathering space and balcony views of our storybook like neighborhood. The bedroom spaces are accessible, with one bedroom and full bathroom on the first floor and two bedrooms and two full bath rooms on third floor.

Home offers both walkable access to dining, entertainment and other cultural activities in the city and the ease of free parking to drive to further destinations.
