The Space:

This beautiful apartment on the 6th floor of an 8-story building (with an elevator!) provides plenty of space for your family and friends to stay and is a wonderful way to get to know Mexico City from the very fashionable Polanco District!



Enter into a luminous open-plan living room with plush seating in the sitting room and a Smart TV for relaxing downtime after exploring the city. Nearby is a big dining table to sit and enjoy a home-cooked meal or use as a place for some remote work or study if needed.



There’s a fully-equipped kitchen with all the appliances, cookware and utensils you’d need to prepare and enjoy meals at home. There’s also a utility room with a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board for added convenience and a ‘like-home’ experience.



When it’s time to retire, there are 3 stylish and comfortable bedrooms with quality linens and ample storage space for your things. There are 5 beds to accommodate up to 9 guests as such:



Bedroom 1: 2 Queen beds

Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed

Bedroom 3: 1 Queen & 1 Single/Twin bed



You’ll have 3 full modern bathrooms, all with spacious stand-in showers. Fresh towels, basic toiletries, and a hairdryer are provided for added convenience.



The apartment is equipped with a portable fan and a heat if needed.



Located in upscale Polanco, with a wide array of restaurants, shops, and attractions. It’s a great place for a family with kids and the remote worker(s) too, and includes a free assigned parking space on the premises.

Guest Access:

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the apartment. The ID of every adult on the reservation is required at least one day before arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Polanco is well known for its upscale and trendy atmosphere, and you’ll find a plethora of great places to eat, shop, and explore. Foodies can enjoy anything from upscale restaurants to local street food vendors; shop-a-holics are in luck, as Polanco is home to some of the city's most exclusive boutiques and high-end stores. Nature lovers will appreciate the nearby parks and green spaces. Take a leisurely stroll through Parque Lincoln or enjoy a picnic in Parque América. Polanco is ideal for first-time visitors as there’s something for everyone! And popular landmarks and sites, such as Chapultepec Park and the historic center, are about a 15-minute drive or a 30-minute walk.



Getting Around:

The Mexico City | Benito Juárez International Airport (MEX) is 9.6 miles | 15.4 km from the apartment. Always check your mobile map apps when you arrive, as driving times in the city vary greatly depending on the time of day.



If you come by car, we have a parking spot for you. You can also take a registered taxi, Uber or public transportation.



Other Things to Note:

Important information to know before booking:



There is no daily housekeeping, but you can arrange a cleaning if you’d like for an additional fee. Just let us know in advance. Also, some basic essentials, like toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and hand and body soap, are provided to get you started.



There’s a charge for any extra person not listed on the reservation.



We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.



Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.



A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.



There are surveillance cameras are located in outdoor common areas and public spaces. These cameras are strictly for security reasons to ensure the safety of our guests.



**Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.



*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).



*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.



HOUSE RULES

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the apartment, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $1,500 MXN penalty.

- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially no loud music or noise after 10 pm or before 8 am, or face a $1,500 MXN fine. We must respect the neighbors.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID prior to arrival, at check-in, or anytime during their stay.

- Pets are not allowed at this property.

Interaction with Guests:

It’s a self-check-in property. Upon your arrival, our doorman will greet you and hand over the essentials: a set of keys for entry and a fob for garage and elevator access. Plus, you'll receive a secure code specifically for your apartment door.



You’ll have complete privacy during their stay, but we’re available 7 days a week if needed. Just send us a message. Our online availability hours are from 9am to 10 pm.



Security Deposit

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to hold the security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released upon checkout, provided no damage or violations occur during the stay.



The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
