Perfect in Polanco

The property was quiet, private, clean and in such a great location. We were able to enjoy several restaurants and coffee shops within a 15 minute walk. Everything was as described. Great price too!

Best location in Mexico City!

This condo is in a beautiful part of the city! Tree lined streets with local parks nearby. And best of all, just blocks from a huge selection of restaurants! Amazing options for delicious food is right around the corner! The condo was a good size for 3 adults and wven had a porch. Perfect vacation!

great home for exploring CDMX

The home was clean, well equipped, spacious and in a gated apartment. It is walking distance to all that Polanco has to offer. Communication with the manager was easy - they were prompt and courteous.

We had the apartment for four weeks. The location and layout are excellent. The host is fantastic - wow. The apartment is comfortable and very well appointed.

Great location!

The apartment was in an excellent area close to stores, restaurants and interesting sites. It was spacious and comfortable for 5 adults. The deck was great and very private. Uber service was really quick. The security guards were very accommodating. We had some trouble with the locking system on the door. If you need to communicate with Santiago I recommend you call him directly as the response to WhatsApp was a bit slow.

Wonderful stay in CDMX

Our family of five had a great 10 day stay in this apartment in Polanco. It was centrally located to many of the things in our to do list. An Uber ride away from the Parque Chapultepec, the Zocalo, the Angel of Independence, and the Zona Rosa. Plenty of restaurants and street vendors with delicious food around—we made it to Esperanza bakery on Moliere and that was such a treat! We felt very safe with 24 hour front desk security (and they were the nicest!). Even on our rest days, we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and sight seeing there. Maia Homes was quick to get back with any concerns. The apartment was roomy, clean, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped too—we had a welcoming starter pack that included milk, juice, and cereal boxes. Would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent Host/Excellent location

I felt very secure about my booking because of the easy contact with the owner and management company. Check in was perfect. The apartment looks mostly like the photos. The kitchen is excellent. Everything you would need. Living/dining/bedrooms are very nice and spacious. My only complaint is the lack of closets and tiny bathrooms. The photo of the pretty tub isn't quite accurate. The tub is not in the bathroom. The primary bedroom and one of the smaller bedrooms do not have closets. We were there for 5 nights.with more than average amount of stuff. The location is awesome. An easy 10 minute walk to many shops and restaurants and the area is very safe.Also the door man is very nice and helpful.

Girls Getaway

This apartment was the perfect size for a girls trip. My sister, two cousins and myself enjoyed our stay. Santiago communicated well. The apartment should provide convenience items for their guest such as umbrellas and shopping bags. I had to buy both and leave both as they did not fit in my suitcase. The apartment was not ready when we arrived as the cleaning lady was still there and took an hour to finish cleaning the apartment. I asked for late checkout and that was not available. I also asked for the option to store our luggage in the garage downstairs but that question was never answered. If you have a later flight but want to continue enjoying the city use Bounce Deposit. Look it up online, there are many places where you can store your luggage for a fee. Overall, our experience was great.
