> Living Room: The living room offers a chic and cozy sofa bed, ideal for extra guests. This space combines style with functionality, ensuring everyone has a comfortable spot to relax.



> Kitchen: Cook with ease in our modern kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. These high-end features streamline both meal preparation and clean-up.



> Bathroom: Enjoy a spa-like experience in the contemporary bathroom, with its sleek design and high-quality finishes that create a calm and inviting atmosphere.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, ensuring a private and comfortable stay. Self-check-in is available for your convenience

PLEASE NOTE: Each reservation includes a $49 Damage Protection Program covering accidental damages up to $150.

To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal, and/or, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.



Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.



Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:



« You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

« You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in.

« You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the owner, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.

« You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.



All guests are subject to verification checks and are required to provide the necessary information to us within 24 hours of booking. Same-day bookings are required to provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification check criteria.



Pets ARE allowed depending on size, please let us know beforehand and be upfront about bringing a pet to avoid cancellation. The following additional PER Pet Cleaning Fee applies :



1- 4 Nights : $35 Per Night

5-29 Nights : $250

30+ Nights : $400
