Points forts : Emplacement
Points faibles : Propreté, exactitude de l’annonce
This was the worst place I have ever stayed, and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere. We encountered cockroaches, dirty bedsheets, and three separate areas of blood splatter inside the property. We were so uncomfortable that we bought towels to sleep on instead of using the beds, wore clothing that provided maximum coverage, and even purchased shower flip-flops so our bare feet wouldn’t touch the bathroom floor or shower. After I provided pictures, I specifically requested a full deep clean. Although someone came to clean, the requested deep clean was not done. Of the three areas of blood splatter, only the two I photographed were cleaned. The third remained, and there were still cockroaches.I gave the host another opportunity to make things right by requesting a partial refund for this miserable experience. My concerns were repeatedly brushed off, and no refund was provided.Guests should not have to spend extra money on basic necessities or feel uncomfortable using the beds and bathroom in paid accommodations. Between the unsanitary conditions, incomplete cleaning, continued presence of cockroaches, and lack of a satisfactory resolution, this stay was absolutely unacceptable.I would never stay here again and cannot recommend this property to anyone. Save yourself the stress and book somewhere else.
