Below are some examples that will be turned away at the time of check in:
1. Breathalyzer cars, Jerry-rigged or unsound controls, faulty brakes.
2. Large Vehicles - Includes sprinter vans, long economy vans, 10 passengers or more, anything lifted beyond height maximum 6'8
3. Dually Trucks or service trucks - very wide wheel wheels or lockers and containers. (too dangerous to maneuver in the garage.)
4. Anything lifted after-market or with larger custom rims and tires.
5. Motorcycles or tricycles other than car-type controls.
Pets are welcome with advance notice and approval based on size. Please inform us beforehand to avoid potential cancellation. There is an additional cleaning fee per pet.
Fees for bringing pets vary based on the length of stay: $25 per night for stays of 1 to 4 nights; $200 per pet for stays of 5 to 29 nights; and $300 per pet for stays of 30 nights or longer.
The company is not liable for any building maintenance or repairs.
**Guest Verification Prior to Stay Required:**
To comply with legal obligations and property security guidelines, guests may need to provide a government-issued photo ID, verify contact information, complete our verification portal, and possibly undergo a background check. This information is used solely for screening purposes and is not retained or used for any other purpose.
