This is a great place to stay with a large family. We had plenty of room and loved that the pool was very close. The bay was close but we did have to drive to the public access for the beach. Loved this property and will stay here again.

Nice complex, quiet, clean, great communication with listing agent, easy check in and out. House was very nice with everything anyone should need. Will stay here again when traveling to this area.

Very pleased!!! Having a pool, fishing pier, and beach was great! Enough parking for my whole family. Close to grocery stores.

This is a beautiful house with a great pier and boat slip — we really enjoyed the property itself. However, I did have an issue with the booking process. I reserved the home through VRBO, but it wasn’t clearly stated that the property is managed by Kaiser Vacation Rentals and that they would need to verify payment separately.A few days after I booked and provided my payment information to VRBO, I received a call from Kaiser asking for verbal authorization to charge my credit card. In today’s world, with so much concern about identity theft and fraud, this extra step made me uncomfortable. I had to confirm that VRBO had not already charged my card before giving permission to Kaiser.If I had known in advance that a third party would be handling the payment verification, I likely would have booked differently. I prefer using VRBO for the security and convenience of managing everything through one platform.The home itself was wonderful, but I would recommend clearer communication about how payments are processed to help future guests avoid confusion.
