This is a great place to stay with a large family. We had plenty of room and loved that the pool was very close. The bay was close but we did have to drive to the public access for the beach. Loved this property and will stay here again.

This is a beautiful house with a great pier and boat slip — we really enjoyed the property itself. However, I did have an issue with the booking process. I reserved the home through VRBO, but it wasn’t clearly stated that the property is managed by Kaiser Vacation Rentals and that they would need to verify payment separately.A few days after I booked and provided my payment information to VRBO, I received a call from Kaiser asking for verbal authorization to charge my credit card. In today’s world, with so much concern about identity theft and fraud, this extra step made me uncomfortable. I had to confirm that VRBO had not already charged my card before giving permission to Kaiser. If I had known in advance that a third party would be handling the payment verification, I likely would have booked differently. I prefer using VRBO for the security and convenience of managing everything through one platform. The home itself was wonderful, but I would recommend clearer communication about how payments are processed to help future guests avoid confusion.

Thank you so much for your kind words about the home — we’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed the property, especially the pier and boat slip! We also truly appreciate your honest feedback regarding the booking and payment process. We understand how important transparency and security are, especially when it comes to handling payment information. That’s why we reach out to each and every guest personally to verify details and ensure a secure, direct line of communication. While our partnership with VRBO allows us to share this beautiful home with more guests, the property is managed by Kaiser Vacation Rentals, and we handle payment verification directly. This is noted in the property description we’re always here to answer any questions and explain the details. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us — we truly value your feedback and hope to welcome you back in the future with an even smoother experience.
