Two blocks from the beach and free parking! Aloha from Waikiki! Thank you for considering our short-term vacation rental company. We are pleased to offer you Kuhio at Waikiki, a newly remodeled minimalist-style unit in the heart of Waikiki. Our location is within walking distance of the world-famous Waikiki Beach, providing the perfect opportunity to enjoy swimming and surfing! Additionally, we are happy to offer you one free parking spot for your convenience, and you will find plenty of nearby shops, restaurants, and nightlife to keep you entertained during your stay. We hope to be able to welcome you soon.

Building Notice: May 3, 2026
Beginning in May 2026 through May 2027, the building will undergo scheduled exterior maintenance, including spalling repairs and full exterior painting by a licensed contractor. Guests may experience intermittent construction-related noise, as well as the presence of dust or workers in common areas.

The apartment had a fantastic location and the interior was lovely. The building itself and communal areas were not in keeping with the interior. Communication was a bit of an issue when we had to change our plans but once we we arrived, everything went smoothly.

We understand the contrast between the updated interior and Kuhio at Waikiki’s older exterior and common areas. The building is currently undergoing a large exterior concrete repair and painting project that will provide a refreshed appearance upon completion. The property was completely unacceptable for people with disabilities. There is no ramp to enter the building that is appropriate for wheelchairs or people using Mobility scooters like me. I had to use the parking ramp which is extremely steep and as a result, I had to have people around me to ensure my safety.. frankly this ruined the vacation for me as I had to be completely dependent upon other people to leave or enter the building. The listing must be revised to ensure this doesn’t happen to other people in my situation.
