Ground Level- beach gear storage and outdoor shower. This area is right off the parking deck which has tandem parking for up to 3 standard-sized SUVs. There is additional off-street for a fee. You’ll find plenty of storage for beach gear in the storage unit.

LEVEL 2 This main floor is excellent for gatherings, and features a modern open floor plan equipped for relaxing and dining. The Living Room in the front of the house features a renovated new kitchen, stainless-steel appliances, counter seating for 4, a dining room table that expands to accommodate 10-12 people and a modern living room. Your family and friends can enjoy movie nights on the 60-inch Samsung Smart TV. This floor also features 3 bedrooms, each with their own private full bathroom.

LEVEL 2 Bedrooms: Bedroom #1 is the first of the bedroom suites with a King size bed and a chair sleeper, private bathroom with shower, nightstands, and a huge closet. Bedroom #2 provides 2 sets of twin bunkbeds, cozy chairs, a large closet and a private bathroom with vanity, shower and hairdryer. At the end of the hall, you will find Bedroom #3 furnished with 2 queen size beds, a large close, a full bathroom with double vanity, tub/shower and hairdryer. The laundry area with washer and dryer is located inside the pantry closet by the kitchen on this floor as well.

LEVEL 3 is where you will find the private and luxurious flex space. Experience the best views this home has to offer right outside of your door! This suite offers plenty of seating for gathering plus two full-size couch day beds with trundle, TV, desk and a private bathroom with a shower. Off the 3rd floor bonus room, you will find access to the spacious balcony with lounge furniture or ascend to the rooftop deck with hightop tables and chairs for your comfort, where you can enjoy bayside sunsets or catch a glimpse of the boardwalk, the ocean for sunrise and bay views, including fantastic views of the iconic Seaside Ferris Wheel.

In addition to the spacious and comfortable accommodations, this home offers keyless access to the front and your unit with unique codes valid for the length of your stay. Ring- like doorbells at both the front entrance which will alert guests via the chime on the first floor. You will have access to a storage shed on the ground level labeled with your unit and where you will find beach chairs, beach toys, cooler and umbrellas for your enjoyment throughout your stay. In addition, eight beach-badges will be provided for the length of your stay. This home also offers two-zone heating and cooling, for maximum comfort, new windows and blinds for privacy.
