What a charming, coastal cottage! This 1950 2 bedroom 1 bath bungalow has been remodeled from top to bottom. This light & bright home is tastefully decorated & fully equipped with all you need for a comfortable vacation. The casita is about 3 steps away from the house. It is where the second bedroom is. The new screened back porch, with ceiling fans, will be a favorite place for you to relax and unwind. The huge, fenced yard is over half an acre. Plenty of room to park an RV or a boat. This is the perfect spot for a quick vacation or a long stay.

Felt very welcome. Nice yard with secure parking. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Right in the middle of things like beaches, fishing, fresh seafood. There are 3 minor things that need to be fixed in the future. Internet is not working in the casita, so no TV in the casita. Need a space heater or something to heat the casita on cold nights, had some nights in the 40's. Most of the cycles on the wash machine do not work. Once you find the working cycle you are OK.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was very nice and a good location from Port Aransas and Rockport. Definitely coming back and would highly recommend. There is a lot of ant hills and stickers on the yard so don't go out there walking barefoot other than that everything else was great.

Wonderful cozy house. Very clean inside. Was perfect for myself and friend. Down there to fish. Issues: Exterior needs LTC! overgrown bushes, yard not mowed and full of grass stickers/ burrs (there were some imbedded in rugs inside we found out), and the decking and railing needs to be looked at (rotting boards, and railing that needs maintenance.

Reviewer Comments: Great location, older house but updated inside.Beware of walking w out shoes on..major stickersWe took lots of meat to bbq outside, we didn’t bbq...The mosquitoes were so bad.. and when I say bad, that’s an understatement..They need to get a professional pest control out there.The deck that connects the small house to house, there was a couple soft boards that was a safety issue..Over all, cute house inside ..It had everything you would need for a stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The guest book had several notations that “stckers “were in the yard, came in on shoes, and got imbedded in the rugs. (True) There are rugs in every room. They look nice but are unpleasant to walk on. The cleaner left a used breathing nasal strip on the back of a bar chair. We were told the coffeemaker was not a “K” cup machine but it was so an extra trip to the store was required. The location was great, the HVAC worked very well. The second bedroom is outside the main living area. Not a good fit for older people with mobility issues. Price was fair.
