With its gorgeous surroundings, modern interior, and outdoor views, our home is a great place to gather with friends or family for relaxation, golf trips, or exploring the area. The spacious living and dining area features soaring vaulted ceilings, tasteful, comfortable furnishings, and large sliding glass doors that fill the space with natural light. The living room features a Smart TV with cable service and streaming access.

The fully equipped, stylish kitchen includes the necessities for preparing meals during your stay, and the outdoor gas grill and eating area allow you to enjoy beautiful weather and sunsets for the nights you prefer to cook outside. You'll find stainless appliances, plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils, and kitchen accessories such as a can opener, corkscrew, and more. The kitchen sliders open to the patio BBQ area.

The patio is perfect for grilling and outdoor dining or lounging and can be accessed from the living room or kitchen. The private atrium is a quiet place to read a book or scroll on your device while sipping on your morning coffee, and it can be accessed from the dining room or master bedroom.

The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, a smart TV, a workspace, and direct atrium access. The second bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and is perfect for additional guests or family members. Guests often comment on the comfortable beds and the amount of closet and storage space. PLEASE NOTE: for a 5th guest, a pack & play with mattress or a twin air mattress provides extra sleeping space for kids and fits easily within the 2nd bedroom.

Our secure, gated community offers numerous shared pools/hot tubs. Guests are welcome to use any of the community pools. Pools are heated from November through April. Guests must follow the rules and regulations of the shared spaces within the community.

Enjoy the on-property clubhouse bar and dining, where you can order drinks and or have a fabulous meal. If you prefer a night on the town or a day of shopping or activities, we are about a mile and a half from El Paseo shops and dining, as well as a variety of outdoor activities that appeal to everyone.
