the place had hornets all inside, it also had a huge nest right outside the door where you couldn’t even open it without risking getting stung, the guest room bathroom sink did not drain. there was a huge crack in the wall/ceiling. the host would not answer the phone, we only last about two hours in it before we had to leave and find a new place. pictures are very misleading.

Not bad for the price

Overall my stay was fine. Besides having to climb stairs. No TV in the rooms. One bathtub had hair and water wasn't going down quickly. Plumber was needed. There were 3 huge dead roaches when first arrived. And seemed like down hair was on the sofa. Quiet neighborhood though. Not a lot of in or out of other tenants.

Dallas Stay

The pictures and the actual property were complete opposites. The bathtub in the master bathroom did not drain properly. There was white dog hair on the blankets, towels, and couch. The ceiling was peeling, the house had an unpleasant odor, and the lighting throughout the rooms was very dim.

Came to Dallas for family funeral in Plano

We had to ask for check in info on the last evening before travel. No one reached out to us. Location and outside of apartment was very rundown and shoddy. It felt like a ghetto area. The front gate had loose wires broken and gate wide open with no lock. Balconies falling apart. Wouldn’t feel safe even stepping out on it. Loud house party in apartment below us. Inside was nice in comparison. Roomy and nicely furnished with good appliances. A/C worked very well and with 96 degrees outside that was appreciated. Poorly stocked with basic necessities: no plastic bags to put in trash cans. No dish towels, no paper towels, no hand towels or wash cloths. Had to use a bath towel for the kitchen. The bathroom window is coated with filthy dirt and mold on the outside. Seems like very poor building management. But good location to local restaurants and mid-range between Plano and DFW which was convenient.
